"I purchased a submersible pump ( superior brand) from this website. Upon recieving my package, i recieved a st. paul brand water pump( never heard of this brand). I contacted the website regarding the issue, and they responded with " return the item , no problem, but you will pay for return shipping." The return shipping costs more than what the item itself is worth. Why should I have to pay for return shipping on an item that they knew was the wrong brand, but sold it anyways. I will never buy from this website again for the simple facts that they lied about which item they sent me and I have to pay return shipping for a mistake they knowingly made. I am also going to contact the "BBB" to report this problem."

"I had ordered something simple from Ben's Outlet (BBC Planet Earth Blu Ray Complete Set) and was not notified during checkout that I could only ship to the billing address. I do a lot of online shopping and I have always been able to enter a different shipping address than my billing address if I needed to. Next thing I know, the order was completed and was going to be shipped to my billing address. I emailed then immediately within a minute after placing the order and they replied stating that it was too late to change the shipping address because they had sent it out already. I emailed them asking for some reimbursement since I would have to pay again (about 40% of the price of the actual item so I might as well have paid retail for it) to have it re-shipped to my shipping address since they did not address the issue or my email quickly enough. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and reassured me that their priority is outstanding customer service and as a result, they would cover the re-shipping costs of the BBC Planet Earth. This was truly a gesture of great customer service and of not only understanding their patron's concerns but also addressing them in ensuring the best customer satisfaction. THANK YOU BEN'S OUTLET, I will be back for more purchases in the future!! :)"
"I put an order in on November 7, and i still dont have a tracking number, i talk to customer service one time, they told me they had a shipping label and when it was sent out they would give me a tracking number, here it is November 24 still no tracking #, and cant get no response from customer service, i sent them a message to cancel my order cause i nolonger needed the item i ordered cause it was part of a birthday present which has passed, no response"
