"They are a hot mess over there, orders that are wrong, items that are damaged, constantly having to contact them about erroneous billing issues.

I have not been charged the correct tax rate on any of my orders, I ALWAYS have to write them to issue a credit, I live in Florida and have a base tax rate of 6% plus a county rate of 1%, I am always being charged 7.5% for sales tax.

I recommend that everyone check there orders for tax errors and complain to them, maybe then they will correct the system."
