"My Roku was ordered 12-21-12, as of today no firm shipping date.this is not the type of item that I want slow ship, I need my netflix and was counting on having the item in a reasonable time frame.

Update , got roku 1-11-12, works well looks new, moved from 1 star to 3 stars..again if you need item quick this is probably not store for you.

"Everyone do not buy from this online website. I placed an order on 12/09/12 and still have not received my items. I can't find a phone number to call. Noone is responding to my emails. I'm very upset because I feel Ben's Outlet is a scam they are thives, just out to take from hard working people. Stay away from Ben's Outlet at all cost!!!!!!!"

"I want to express how deeply disappointed I am in the service I recieved from your company. I ordered this as a Christmas gift and was even sent an email with a tracking number telling me the item was shipped. I was able to explain that the gift wouldn't arrive until the the day after Christmas, but am truly baffled that I now have to say it wont arrive at all. I was a first time customer and you can best believe I will be reluctant to visit your site again. Your statement of telling someone when and order is out of stock doesn't match with what happened to me, nor was I notified that I could be alerted when the item would be back in stock. Lastly, my email of no product was sent 16 days after i purchased the product and 2 days after it was supposed to have been delivered!"

"I ordered a Google Android 7" Tablet & E-Reader With Color Touch-Screen, 1GB Memory, Expansion and it was described as being "NEW", but it was not. It still had someones emails in the email account. I purchased serveral books from B&N but when I tried to download them I kept getting an error stating invalid file format system does not support. This was a Christmas present for my daughter and I can't get this thing to work. I tried to email BEN' Outlet but I have not received any return reply. This is my first and last time ordering from this company. I have tried to contacted the support for this device and was told by a customer service rep that the Technical group for this device no longer exist. Now I'm stuck with a device that doesn't work and an unhappy little girl because I bought a defected tablet."

"Horrible experience. I bought a Garmin from them and when it came it said Reconditioned. That is not what I bought. To make matters worse, it does not work AND they won't take it back. Rip off!!!!

"The wait to get products from Ben's Outlet is very long. I have ordered from this seller 5 times without a problem other than wait time to receive the item. The last order has yet to be received after 0ver 42 days. Efforts to contact customer service resulted in only 2 acknowlegements of receipt of 3 written inquiries. Several calls to customer service resulted in only being put on hold and disconneced after 20 minutes each time. Conclusion is that if all goes well with an order then it will be received within 30 days but if there is a problem customer service is useless. In fact one might say Ben's Outlet customer service does NOT EXSIST. Buy somewhere else and save the wait and headache!"

"I ordered a Euro-Pro Ninja Blender with 40 Oz. Bowl, 72 Oz. Pitcher, Dough Paddle & Stainless Steel Blades on December 12th thinking that I would get it by Christmas. I have ordered other items from other sites after I ordered this and I have already received them. I waited a week and on the 19th I asked when they would ship out my item. They gave me a tracking number which is 1ZE5490V0353685413 and marked is as shipped under my Ben's outlet account. I went to UPS tracking and put in the tracking number and it states the shipping label was created on 12/19/2012 and Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated. I just checked the tracking number again today 12/23/2012 and it still states they are waiting for the package to arrive at their facility. No where on Ben's outlet site does it say it will take almost 2 weeks for them to even ship the package. If I had known this I would have ordered my item from a different site. If you complain about how long it's taking to ship the item they give you a tracking number hoping it will satisfy you until they really send the package. I will not buy from this company again. This is a very deceptive way to do business. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and filing a claim with paypal to get my money back. I'm sure after listing this site with all the complaints here and several other sites I have checked out along with a link to the BBB about their "F" rating I shouldn't have a problem getting the money. "I had some reservations about buying from Ben's Outlet but their $199 price on Toshiba Thrive was too good to pass up! Others complained about Ben's lack of communication and their tracking...I agree that I was little frustrated at UPS site not keeping up with the track number that was emailed to me but I was already expecting that from other reviewers' write ups. All items were delivered in timely manner and were in good condition! Bottom line: if you want little less service but best price, buy from Ben's."

"I don't understand this place. When you order junk (inexpensive items) they never miss, fast shipping. I order anything over 50.00 dollars and I've had the same issue everyone else is complaining about. I ordered a 99.00 dollar printer for my son 4~6 months ago and same thing, no notices, no phone to call, and never received the printer. I had to go to Pay-pal and get a refund after waiting a month. I just ordered a nice camera for my wife for Christmas. I ordered it on the 12th of Dec thinking I had 2 weeks to receive it. I did escalate using email on their web page several days ago and the status changed from in process to shipped almost immediately. Yesterday 3 days before Christmas I'm told it will be shipped 12/26 due to how busy they are?really? I bet all that 1,2,3 dollar junk shipped. I'm at a loss to understand the business model. I guess good advice to everyone would be if your buying a large ticket item find another web site selling the same thing and don't use Ben's

Customer service did contact me. They were actually very proactive. I was surprised in a nice way. I was given a 10.00 dollar refund for my trouble and the issue it made for the holiday. The most important comment from their customer service agent was that they INTEND ON CHANGING THEIR SHIPPING SYSTEM TO ACCOMODATE FASTER SHIPPING. That said I will give them another chance in the future. I made it clear I've order items from China half way around the world and had it delivered in 5 days.

"Very upset and disappointed in my first experience with Ben's Outlet. Ordered two items at the same time over two weeks ago. They ended up shipping them separately and I'm pretty certain I will not get them in time for Christmas! Only one item's tracking info gives details. I ordered items on the 10th and don't get ANY confirmation til the 14th. It says the item was shipped when that was a complete lie. A shipping tag was created and ONE item shipped out on the 19th!! I have never had an experience like this with any other company in my life! I know the holidays causes a bit of a delay which is why I continued to wait, but my husband ordered items this week that have already come in (he used ground shipping too)! I figured I could call a customer service number but turns out the sketchy company doesn't have one. This has put me in a real bind causing me to spend more money on lats minute gifts from somewhere else. Also, had no idea that items were refurbished...I'm scared even after getting them (if they even show up) they may not work. This will be my last experience shopping with Ben's Outlet. The only thing they were fast with was taking my money...I will also be contacting the site that recommended Ben's Outlet to let them know the kind of business they associate themselves with. "

"Placed 2 separate orders, one on Dec. 2nd, one on the 3rd. Received a tracking number and shipment confirmation on December 8th for both orders in my email. Tracking number never became active as to allow me to see if package had actually been shipped or a label had just been printed. Called customer service on Dec. 16th as I had received no package and was unable to track it. After 40 minutes (not an exaggeration)on hold being reminded how valuable I am as a customer and that my call was important to them with some crappy blues music blaring in my ear so loud I had to set the phone down and wait for a service rep. When the rep finally answered the phone, she said she could not verify if the order had been processed or shipped as that information isn't in her system. When I asked if the items I ordered as gifts would be here by Christmas I was told that the website said that they could not guarantee delivery by the 25th. The website did NOT say this and when I asked her to tell me where it said it as I am in front of my pc now, I was promptly hung up on. I did receive all of the items I ordered eventually in separate packages over the course of the week before Christmas. Would I subject myself to their horrible customer service and lack of information on my order ever again? NO!!! They will take your money immediately and offer absolutely no viable customer support when you start to worry because it's been 2 weeks and you still can't even track your package. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I wish I could give LESS than 1 star and still offer a review."

"Beware!!Placed my order on December 15. Checked on order the 19th and it was still being processed. Sent an email asking when it would be shipped? No reply. Checked again on 20th and still being processed. Sent another email and received no reply. Received an automated email on the 21st stating the item had been shipped with a tracking number. Checked tracking number on 20th, 21st and 22nd. The UPS message states:
"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status including the scheduled delivery date will be updated. Label Created On:12/20/2012". Two days and counting since the label was created and UPS still has not received the package. I have not received any replies to my emails. Looks like Santa will not be delivering this present on Christmas day! Maybe by New Years. I wished I had checked these reviews before ordering.

"This is the worst company on internet that I have ever dealt with you are better off buying elsewhere and paying more. There is no communication you email them with question and they don't answer it directly their answer has nothing to do with the question you sent them. I ordered 2 items that I needed for christmas on the
13th of Decemeber and they charged my card and got their money on the 15th they finally sent shipment confirmation on 19th it has not made it to ups as of 8:30 pm 12/21/2012 there is ups tracking number but ups don't have it. I will pay more for now on it is true you get what you pay for this is the worst company ever. I advise don't waste your time unless you don't need for a long while or just want to throw your money away I am going to contact discover to see what I can do.

"This is the Worse experience that I have ever had with any merchant!! I ordered a Camera on the 12th of December and still have not yet shipped!!! They try to shut you up by creating a label 2 days ago and still not shipped!! What’s the point of creating a label and product doesn’t ship!! I will Never use this site again!! They did not hesitate or delay taking my money so why is there a delay in shipping my product when I have paid for it!!! They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed but don’t believe it!!!
