"I ordered the dell streak 7 from ben's oulet. It is a refurbished and the only problem I have had is it freezing up once in a while and having to reset it with a paper clip. It has good battery life, a decent camera front and back. It could use more storage for apps but all in all a decent tablet for the price. It also came with an otterbox case that is very durable."

I ordered the product and a couple of days later I get the "it shipped" email. It'll be here soon, right? Hahahahahaha! Yeah...right.
UPS said that the label has been created. That's not quite the same as it getting out the door. So after using their feedback form to ask what's going on, I get nothing. Then, after again using their feedback form to ask what's going on, I get nothing. THEN after sending an email to them, I get the oft-mention apology and the promise that it has NOW shipped, and it is on the way.
Wow...what a coincidence. Long after they said they'd ship it, but immediately after I contacted them.
STAY AWAY! If they're just understaffed and unprepared, the onus is on THEM to hire people and get the job done instead of misrepresenting their capability.
If, as it says, Ben's Outlet is a merchant member and currently DOES actively participate, clearly they either don't care about their reputation (this situation seems to be very common), or they AREN'T doing anything about it.
Pay the extra couple of bucks elsewhere for your piece of mind and your time. Or be willing to wait a very, very, very long time."
"wish I would have researched them before I ordered. Same issues as the last several posts. No communication then a mysterious its been shipped email that the post office, fedex or ups does not recognize. emails to them go into a black hole. Save your money and dont order from them."
"Not only did I experience the same problems as others, 2 days after activity started to show on UPS tracking, they sent me again "We are currently experiencing some system problems with the tracking information." What does thier tracking have to do with UPS Tracking? UPS never received a shipment to track untill over 2 weeks later.
Will never again order from them. They take forever to respond to you and then it's automated responses. Also notice they do not respond to these reviews like others. Beware Ben's Outlet has sister companies. Check Reviews 1st before ordering."

"It sucks, they sent an e-mail that item was shipped, with a tracking number, when I checked the tracking it said the tracking number had been voided. I have tried to get an them to explain, I get no reply,useing thier system again I got no reply. It is interesting that they do not provide an e-mail or a phone number.

"Very slow shipping to say the least. Order placed on 8/22. Sent an email to them on 9/1 to find out status of shipment. They replied on 9/4 stating the items were shipped & gave tracking numbers. The UPS tracking number showed that a label was created on 8/29. They also provided two USPS numbers that were invalid. The order didn't ship with UPS until 9/10. Items received were as advertised. Overall poor service & communications."
"I'm having the same problem as many of those before me. Got my card billed, my email and the tracking # on 09/05/12 (6 days after order). USP says they have yet to receive the item from BO. I have ordered in the past w/o a problem but I don't think I will order again from them. "
