"First off, Bens's Outlet is actually an alias for another "daily selling store". The problems with that internet store are the same as with Ben's Outlet, namely that they delay shipping for weeks at a time. This time I ordered two phone handsets and 10 days later I don't even have a shipping date. It states "processing" at their website. I tried using their Customer service form to find out why my ordered hasn't shipped, but they seem to ignore that. Next I lodged a complaint with Paypal. I'm sure I'll get my money back that way.
Now, a comment about this review site. You'll notice that once a day, or once every several days someone will write a legitimate review about Ben's Outlet. In most cases it will state a negative issue with Ben's Outlet. Then all of a sudden you'll see five or more review's, all stating great things about Ben's outlet, and all written the same day. Give me a break, doesn't Reseller Rating see the pattern and that these are probably friends or employees of Ben's outlet?

"Still waiting on my merchandise I bought. I have two invoice numbers now because the two items I guess was shipped separately. You have a great site, if you can figure out the shipping issues. I would love to buy more from y'all, but not if its going to take a month to get. I also noticed that there is no phone number on your website, how am I supposed to call and talk about my order if there is no number to call. This is a big red flag for me, I am usually very cautious who I order from, with no phone number it scares me a little.
I ended up receiving my order two days after I wrote this. The tablet was not what I expected, So Jessica Rincon wrote me and gave me the info to send back the tablet. She has been there every step of the way with me and contacted me when they received the order back. I will give Ben's Outlet another try, the earphones are great. My whole family is using them everyday. Thank you so much for helping me out Jessica, you are a lifesaver!!"
"Oh, how I wish I had read the reviews on Ben's Outlet before I placed my order. I placed an order with Ben's Outlet on Sept. 19, 2012 for a remote security camera. I got an email from Ben's Outlet the next day, Sept. 20, 2012 saying my order had been shipped. They even gave me a tracking number, which from the way it looked, it was a UPS tracking number (they didn't say "HOW" it was shipped, of course.) Anyway, it IS a valid shipping number for UPS however as of today, Sept. 27, UPS STILL has no record of the item ever being shipped...only that a label was created. Numerous attempts to contact Ben's customer service have all been ignored. To me, this screams scam. All I have to go on is my experience and to me, this company is bogus. They gladly took my money but haven't shipped my mdse. or will they answer emails. Bogus..and dishonest.
UPDATE: Today is October 4, 2012. After contacting my credit card company last week to file a dispute, magically 2 days later, I FINALLY received TWO emails from Ben's Outlet telling me that my item would be shipped within the next couple of days, citing issues with an overabundance of orders. (I don't see how that affects my situation, sending me an email saying my order HAS shipped, giving me a tracking number etc. when it has NOT been shipped, only that a label has been created.)
Anyway, my item did indeed FINALLY ship and it did arrive yesterday. I am pleased that I finally received my order but terribly displeased at the process that was involved in getting my order. Makes me wonder had I not reported this to my credit card company if I would ever have gotten my order.

I did receive my item after being contacted by a very nice customer service representative. She saw to it that I received my item and kept me informed once this apparently came to her attention. She emailed me a couple of times and was very efficient and helpful. I am happy with my order and thankful that she was able to help me. "

"I ordered Kodak Hero with order Kodak Hero 7.1 order# R266185585 with bens outlet on 08/28/2012 costing around $80. I verified in their website that the delivery time will be 3 -10 days. I got a mail with the shipping tracking number. But, the tracking number says that the UPS label is created, but not shipped. The website says "Shipped".
I contacted the support number on 9/16/2012, as I need the printer is used for my kids school project. But, one person named Yuset replied saying they need to track where the printer was and asked me to give them another email after two days (shouldn't they be the one to give me a response, why have me email again to find out). Well, I gave them another email to find out what happen two days later, guess what!? No reply since then.....I emailed them almost everyday but, no response whatsoever.
Today, I decided to call paypal and file a claim on this and i was given a number to call the merchant 1(***-***-****. When I called that number and surprise to find out that was OneSaleaDay.com phone number. They are affiliated. Of course, i called the number many times but guess what, no one answer the call, it kept saying all the representatives are serving other customer...... OMG, this is by far the worst online purchase i ever had.... I'm really worried as nothing comes in control as we donot have telephone customer support.

I finally got response from Them and receive my Koday Hero 7.1 and I'm happy with the printer they sent me. Jessica send me an email right after I called them and she is working promptly to send out the printer and I receive it a few days after that. The printer showed at my doorstep it's new instead of refurbished....she even give me a $10 credit for next purchase...I would give it another try....Thanks Jessica!!!"
"I ordered an item on 09/19/12 and was sent an email saying that it had been shipped on 09/21/12. The tracking number I was given has never worked, and I've tried contacting Ben's Outlet at least 5 times with no response from them at all. I'm starting to wonder if this business is legit or not because they have no issue charging your credit card for an order, but seem unable to respond to emails, tweets, or anything else you send them asking where my order is at. Right now it's 09/27/12 and I have no idea where my product is or if it's ever been shipped and I was hoping to have it tomorrow for a b-day present."
"My order took a while to get to me due to vendor's error and not Ben's outlet. When I brought this to their attention, they looked for and got my order to me very soon after. Their customer service team was very nice and issued me a credit for my troubles."

My most recent experience with Ben's Outlet via one of the customer service representatives has been more positive. I did receive the curtains and they are wonderful! After I received them, I had a phone call and a VM was left to follow up to be sure I received them. Also, I received an e-mail. I was treated as I hoped to be earlier in the process, but I WILL shop with them again due to their follow-up and desire to make this a more positive outcome.

I ordered two sets of curtains on 9-6-12 and still have not received them. I have written over 30 e-mails to the support e-mail and received a "form" response from Sharna, but no concrete info on where my order is and no offer to follow up. I am EXTREMELY frustrated and need something done ASAP!! I will not order anything from them again if this is not corrected within this months end. because I am concerned at this point! I have to finally get a response thru facebook?? I ordered this tablet Sept.5th, did not receive it until Sept.18th. Gave it to my granddaughter the 19th for her birthday. Big ding in the screen which I was ok with, cause it was a refurb, but charged it overnight, and still would not turn on. Tried USB port that also did not work. I would like to return it and get my money back. I emailed twice on website and did not get a response, but did thru facebook??? How is that right?

"Stay clear of this company. I placed my order, received confirmation of shipment almost two weeks ago and until today..nothing. They gave me a tracking number that's doesn't work or have been voided. After two emails...nothing. Will be contacting pay pal for fraud. Will never do business with this company again.
Update: They contacted me today with a valid Fedex shipping no. It showed my stuff was shipped on the 24th...the day I wrote prior review and sent fraud complain to Paypal. So this is the way Ben's Outlet operates. I'll wait & see if any merchandise actually shows up."
"I ordered an Google Android 2.3 Nova 7" tablet from this company and I have to say that I think they suck. On 09/12/12 the order was placed 09/13/12 they sent an email saying it was shipped. The tracking number given said that there was a label made to UPS and that they were waiting to receive product to ship. I later went in to check and there was two tracking numbers. I checked both numbers and the shipping has been canceled. I still have not received the order. I emailed them to ask what was going on with the order and no response back. I would not recommend buying anything from this company."
"EXTREMELY slow on getting order. Fast to take money from PayPal account. Questionable if it's worth it for the small amount of savings you get, plus you can find some items cheaper on other sites sometimes. I placed an order on 8/31/12. Recieved an email on the 9/13/12 stating item had shipped. I still haven't recieved my order (9/24/12). If you need something fast, order from ebay, amazon or any of the many other online sites. I placed another order (stupid) on 9/16/12. Who knows when it will arrive...maybe Thanksgiving? Order from this site before as well, and everytime, the item(s) takes about a month before it is deleivered. Starting to have second thoughts on dealing with Ben's Outlet."
