"thieves, liars and cheats.............I returned 3 products about a month ago, with tracking so they can't claim they never received them.....got a refund on 2 but the third one, which was 39.99 they never refunded..........so on top of the hassle, disappointment and violation of my rights I am out the 40 dollars plus shipping..........and by reading the reviews I see I am not the first and I am sure not the last, to be ripped off by these con artists............ugh...........I will tell everyone I know and continue to spread the word about these crooks until they are out of business.............."
"NEVER WILL ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! I ordered something that was on sale 6 iphone data cables for 4.99 got an email that it was shipped TRACKING never worked got it in about over a week since i order which isn't that big of a deal but i ONLY RECEIVED 5 cables..........emailed them three times and finally got a reply and all i wanted was them to send me the one missing cable and they said that is not something they can do but just give me a partial refund of a $1 IT WASN'T ABOUT THE MONEY I JUST WANTED THE CABLE........VERY VERY UNHAPPY its the fact of matter not the money or the cable after the back and forth emailing w/ the rep.......

AFTER POSTING A REVIEW ON HERE I WAS CONTACTED BY SOMEONE FROM BENS OUTLET AND THEY OFFERED TO SEND ME ANOTHER PKG OF MY ORDER.....IT TOOK AWHILE FOR THE PKG TO GET TO ME BUT ATLEAST THEY DID RESOLVE THE PROBLEM AND THE LADY WAS VERY NICE...BUT I CAN SAY IF I FIND ANOTHER GOOD DEAL ON THE WEBSITE I WILL ORDER AGAIN FROM THEM AND GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY.....THANK YOU"

"I ordered from Ben's Outlet, Ben's Deal of The Day. Maxell P-3A 2G iPod/iPhone Charging Dock with Remote Control. I received it in good time and on sale at 12.99. I have not used it much because I was a little disappointed in the product and it was too late to return so I kept it. The plug adapter would not stay attached onto the plug to charge the product. I had to pretty much hold it together for the green charge light to stay activated. Wish I was happier w/the product. Though, I would buy from Ben's Outlet again, just something different next time. "Ordered a flash deal on the 12th of April of a PS3 controller charger, item came within a week with no problem. I have ordered more various items from their sister-site, 1saleaday.com with at least 15+ items without a problem over the past three months.
Just expect to wait a while for your item to come (about less than a week to two weeks) in. But most of their goods are worth the wait."

"The company has been nothing but absolutely awesome to me. I purchased a large quantity of video cards I saw they had on their site. One unfortunately failed about 3 weeks in. Because of some very particular features of the card it was important to me to have a replacement instead of refund. While Ben's Outlet could only offer refunds, I attempted to find service from the manufacturer. This process with the manufacturer took longer than the warranty period of Ben's Outlet.
I explained all of that to Ben's Outlet and their awesome technical support staff offered me a really nice courtesy RMA despite being outside their warranty.
It's not just that though. The website offers a ton of useful stuff for super cheap and sometimes things can go wrong. Some kind of error happened that caused a lot of package orders to fail, despite taking payments. These things happen in any corporation. Amazon, for example, has tons of references to that happening. I had another opportunity to buy one of the above video cards which was unfortunately affected by this error.
Ben's Outlet's technical support team was incredible about their efforts to find it and when they couldn't they were so quick to refund the money I paid.
These people saying that this company has horrible technical support are probably forgetting that there's people on the other end of the line. I've been nothing but polite to them and they've been nothing but amazing support for me. I can't imagine why if someone else reproduced that scenario it wouldn't have gone the same exact way.
Their staff have been nothing but incredibly helpful and nice to me. These people rating 1 star."

Addendum: the reply by bens outlet is not true/misleading. FALSE: they claim they could not communicate with me. TRUTH: i emailed them 4 times, and they emailed back 7 times. they had my email address and used it. there was lots of communication, no action. MISLEADING: yes. i got refund but only after 7 weeks and ONLY AFTER i got american express involved. till then it was " no, no refund. and no merchandise.

"Sent no receipt or mail in rebate with my item. It took me about 30 emails and facebook messages, a few phone calls and a BBB complaint to get any resolution. They claimed many different things that turned out to be false, such as "we submitted your mail in rebate on your behalf", and claiming to have resent my receipt or mail in rebate.
Ben's also claims they have no business phone number. They also said they refunded my money, when in fact they did not.
Edit: After all this, I received good customer service from a woman name Judith. I was refunded for my order and they also gave me a $15 credit for the hassle which came in the form of cash via paypal. I can't say that I would do business with them again, but this was a breath of fresh air. Thanks Judith!"
