"HORRIBLE customer service! Placed an order on 5.5.12, notified via email (with 3 tracking #'s)that items were shipped on 5.7.12. Total flat out lies. Contacted them again via their website on 5.10.11 to inquire why the tracking was still unavailable. They shipped the items today, 5.11.11 after 6 PM. And I still received NO RESPONSE from my inquiry of yesterday. Total screw up. And to be totally ignored when making an inquiry is a terrible way to conduct a business. I will NEVER use this company again. I WANT AN APOLOGY, EXPLANATION AND A REFUND, as these items were Mother's Day gifts!!!"

I have sent email without receiving a reply. There is no way to contact BensOutlet.com except via an email that must by typed on their website. I have contacted PayPal and filed a dispute."

"I've ordered several items from Ben's. I have gotten them in a timely manner and in good shape. The prices are great!
I am, however, having an issue with an order for a cordless drill. They say it has been delivered to my house but I have not received it. I really wanted to just get another drill sent to me but they said it was out of stock and would refund my money. It was ordered on 2/26/12 and I received an email from them several weeks ago about the refund but nothing since and no refund yet. I am a very satisfied customer and will buy from them again. I just wish they would figure this out.

UPDATE-7/11/12 I STILL have not received a refund for this. They insist they sent it back to me via my debit card but I have no record of it being refunded to my bank. I was told to send a copy of my bank statement to prove it! I could see that if it were in the hundreds of dollars but it's less than $30.00! In my opinion by asking for my bank statement, which I have never heard of before, they have called me a liar about receiving this little refund!! Not only am I offended by this but I am even more angry about it! They need to have a customer service number to handle these thing instead of emails. This is just plain nuts! Hopefully, management will see this and correct the issue."

Good entry level cordless drill and driver, seems under-powered for a 18V cordless drill. But for $25 only, I can't complain more, it's a good buy. It does most of everyday general use. Don't expect it to be an professional drill set, then you are going to be just fine.
