I bought the altec lansing ear buds for my hubby at least a week ago (horrible with dates) cuz we have 4 kids between 2yrs and 9yrs. And they are LOUD lol. The description that the buds gave was spot on! They work beautifully!! And even better was the price! "I have an issue with the website Ben's Outlet and I've been in contact with them but it seems to take them long periods of time to respond. I will write an in-depth review when everything has been finalized and I have my $80.00 refunded. In a nutshell they show it as delivered and It was never received plus they, Ben's" wouldn't do any tracking on the items through UPS. In reality the item was mis delivered ( Not Ben's fault) but they wouldn't take steps to correct the problem. This is the second time UPS has Mis-delivered my thingspro in my town, again NOT Ben's fault but they need to possibly use another carrier, but if they don't address the issue, or track the item, it will never show they have problems with delivery."
"Ordered this tablet thinking would be able to do simple things on it but unfortunately not, so far the only thing have been able to do is read books from kindle app and check email, everything else is extremely slow will not even load angry birds when it is intalled. Really just wish I had waited and saved the money for a decent tablet. You only get what you pay for."

"Ordered a laptop on 3-5-2012. Order said it was processing until 3-13 when it finally changes to shipped...but guess what? the label was printed on 3-13 but UPS has not recieved the item for shipment (3-16). I have fruitlessly tried to contact them and communication takes FOREVER if they even get back to you.

"I've ordered from BensOutlet several times now, and have found a very consistent shopping experience. Prices are cheap, shipping is free, and they've always got all kinds of items I never knew I needed. Sure shipping takes forever, but considering it's free, and on a $4 item, I can certainly afford to wait a few weeks for delivery.
I will say the website has some occasional technical issues. For instance, my card was billed more than once on an order a few weeks ago. The extra charges were gone the next day, without me having to contact anyone first. "

"My first experience with Ben's Outlet,I would have given them high praise. They were great. Then came my second experience with them... and I given them no praise. I bought this "Emerson EVC1800 HD Waterproof Camcorder with 720p Video, 2.4" Color Screen, 4x Digital Zoom and SD Memory!" for a trip to the Caribbean. Please note it says WATERPROOF. I jump in the water and the thing dies - completely. I get back, upset that it hadn't worked. Contact Ben's Outlet about this. They send me label to send it back, which I did. The tracking label shows they received it... but I get nothing else from them. Nada, Zip, Zilch. So, I email them again and am told it takes 4-6 weeks or something like that for the refund to process. Still nothing. Very disappointed in them."
