My daughter loves the curler, and at the price we could not beat it. Retail value was over 100 dollars. I checked and compared prices for each of my items, and Bens Outlet surely won me over time and time again with the best price for the items. I check them everyday to see what is new on the site. "Ordered new camera after close of business 12/24. Site said 5-7 working days before being shipped. Received the camera in 2 weeks. Item was PHYSICALLY shipped on 5th working day and then took a week to get to me. Advertised as new, was new... great deal. My only complaint is, like everyone else, I received a notice on 12/27 the item shipped and it hadn't. They could save a lot of aggravation by putting on this notice that "shipping label has been created and your order should ship in xxxx days." I wrote them at their email address and got an immediate response. Overall, no complaints and I got the item sooner than expected."

"On Dec 11 I ordered a camera for my Grandaughter for Christmas. The Camera did not arrive until December 27th and the box stated that it was a refurbished camera. They did not tell me it was a refurbished camera. Not even the original box was with it .....nothing else but an arm strap.
I also ordered a set of king size sheets advertised as Luxurious Hotel Collection which we all know the brand is nice ...... these sheets have real short pockets and are microfiber......not even cotton........They leave out all the fine print.
Do not order from this company .....you will be disappointed.........like me!!!"

"I ordered a camera on 12/20/12 and they promptly sent me a tracking #. 17 days later I have no camera and when I check the tracking staR671585848tus all it says it that a shipping label has been made and tracking information will be available once it leaves the facility. I have sent at least 6 emails to them and their customer service blows. I made a complaint with Paypal and I want a full refund. I will be making a complaint with the Attorney General's office this week. Anyone interested in starting a class action contact me. THEY ARE A SCAM"
"I have to RAVE about the amazing service I got from Ben's Outlet. My mom has a Toshiba tablet and it stopped charging. We took it back to the store and they said it would be cheaper to buy a new one without even turning it on. I found a link for Ben's in the Toshiba forum and ordered a package which included a new battery, charger, dock, case, screen protector and back piece for 19.99. I wasnt expecting much for the price but the accessories were the same as the store carried. We plugged in the new adapter and the tablet worked! Thanks Ben's! "
"I ordered pillows. I love love and love them. I have looked for latex pillows forever. My Grandma use to work at Faultless and we would get pillows from there. I have tried quite a few since I moved out on my own in 1978. None were like the good old pillows. I have a shoulder replacement that the Dr. forgot to put a part in that really bothers me and a plate in my neck. These awesome pillows have done wonders. Thanks Ben and the fast shipping I really appreciated."
"I am extremely dissapointed with this company. I ordered the Pandigital e-Reader for grandaughter (specifically for the games), there were only two games on it and it is impossible to load other ones. When you try to get on the Internet, it takes forever then it kicks you off. When you call customer service, they tell you that Pandigital has filed chapter 11, therefore Ben's Outlet will not give you any type of customer support, they say there's nothing they can do. AWFUL EXPERIENCE....DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You get what you pay for!!!! My grandaughter (9 years old) is so disappointed, we are going this morning to ToysRus or Bestbuys or Walmart to get her a true e-reader/tablet....I know these companies back up there products."
"Ordered an Atrix Lapdock as a spare and it was flakey and failed within a couple of days. Emailed Bensoutlet and they said they would give me a refund if I couldn't get it fixed by the manufacturer Motorola. I contacted Motorola and after receiving the lapdock they said it was a prototype which means it is a grey market item not for the US market and refused to repair it and sent it back to me. Now bensoutlet refuses to replace or refund and won't return my emails. This place sells grey market items and won't honor their promise to refund. Horrible experience and I'll never buy anything from them again."
