"Excellent deal as always, and free shipping! How can you beat a dollar for earbuds! Never disappointed!"
"I am pleased with Ben's Outlet. Very good prices and appropriate shipping."
"I bought Vibe Noise-Isolating Deep Bass Comfort Wear Earbuds With Case & 4 Extra Ear Gels for $2.99, while they worked and did the job they are made for (hearing music!) they weren't as nice as I thought they would be. Just your basic ear buds, but then again... at that price... I can't complain!
I also bought a digital camera on there though, it was a $200 camera and I spend $40(ish) and I couldn't be any more happy with that purchase! I LOVE the camera, it's refurbished and you would never know!!! Overall I still go on the site all the time looking for other graet deals!"
"This is a great product to use around the house, or in school. no one will ever guess theyre wireless until they get up close to you. a great purchase on my part."
"i ordered a memorex quad controller charging kit for 14.99 a few days later 1saleaday had the same charger for 4.99 with shipping of 4.99. i sent them an email requesting the difference be a credit on my card. they replied and stated that they do not pricematch. I received the article and it had a 1saleaday shipping label on it. the exact deal i stated shipped from 1saleday. I contacted cs again and they said send it back. but of course i would have to pay the shipping. making it more than the 1saleaday promo offer. therefore no more ordering from bensoutlet. look elsewhere and you will find what you are looking for with a better customer service than this site. "I rate Ben's Outlet as a GREAT company to do business with. Until this last order, everything I had received from them has been very good quality and shipped quickly. The last order, I received a defective product. I sent a message to Customer service and they immediately refunded the cost of the product - shipping is included in the product price, so there was no cost to me.
I have made about 15 purchases from them, and after their rapid and positive response to this issue, I will make many more purchases."
"Beware. The item (juiceman) was sent with no packing material and it is not surprising that it did not arrive in tact. I was told to pack it up and return it . I was told that the cost of the return was my responsibility and that they suggested that I include tracking to protect myself.
They call this CUSTOMER SERVICE. I call it quite another thing"
"I would give Ben's Outlet 3/5 stars. The product was just as described. I ordered the Ninja Storm QB700 Food & Drink Blender With 400W Motor, 1-Touch Pulse, Quad-Blade and 40oz. pitcher for only $24.99. My only complaint is their communication with me. I ordered the product on a Friday and sent an email to them about the shipping information. I received a response that the shipping label has to be created. Then they sent me the tracking information on thursday about 3 days after. That's the only thing I was dissatisfied with. I look forward to using it."
"I ordered the Epoxy sticks and when they arrived, they were so old that you couldn't use them. they were very hard. I emailed customer service and within 24 hours I got a reply that said they would be refunding my money and to keep the product (it was only $5.49)
This is the first product that I bought that had any issues!

"Emailed them that an item I ordered broke within hours of receiving it. Received money back, no questions asked. Thank you, Ben's!"
"I ordered a refurbished cordless phone system. It arrived and i set it up, one of the batteries was faulty. I contacted customer service via email and the next business day the situation was resolved very satisfactorily! i will continue to shop with confidence on BENS OUTLET!!!"
"

"This is an outlet store, meaning that seconds, refurbs, and overstocks are the mainstay of the inventory...ever been to Ross' or Big Lots?
The products are left overs and discounts for a reason...
Does that make BO a bad place? Nope, just makes them busy. They probably do more business than they ever dreamed of doing when they set the website up. If you think everything out there is run like Amazon.com, time to grow up and get real.
Having run a business myself, I sympathize with BO folks, not the whiney customers. My advice to those of you who expect perfection at a discount store...go back to Best Buy...they want YOUR money.
Geesh!"
"I ordered four radeon HD 5870s from these guys back on the 11th of January. The problems began shortly after I'd placed my order. The next day, I received emails stating that my cards had shipped, in four separate packages. When I went to track them on the UPS site, however, they hadn't even been entered into their system. It took another day before they decided to actually ship the packages out. The caveat was that UPS had an estimated delivery date of 6 days out.
Ok, so I have to wait 8 days after I place my order to when it finally arrives. Well, I figured, that was the nature of the price savings compared to what 5870s cost elsewhere and how hard they are to find nowadays. Wednesday came, and it appeared my package was going to be delivered by UPS a day early. Imagine my surprise when I checked the tracking information and found out UPS had dropped it off to the post office instead! Yes, apparently UPS has some kind of cheaper USPS shipping (akin to that horrid Fedex Smartpost) that they don't disclose at all in the tracking until the driver actually drops the package off at the post office. I had to wait the entire day to finally get the packages since I am on the very end of the mail carrier's route. If UPS had kept it instead, the packages would have arrived around 10am.
Ok, again, they did have a good price and the shipping was free, and at least I had gotten my 5870s. I was willing to overlook this shipping circus in light of that. I opened the bubble wrap envelopes and found a plain brown box inside. This was troubling as the page clearly stated the 5870s were "brand new." Upon inspecting the cards, I found clear signs of wear and previous use. These were obviously USED cards. They did have factory stickers indicating recent service in November 2011, so it appears they were actually refurbished instead of new.
Still, I had the cards and according to the page there was a 90 day manufacturer warranty in case anything went wrong, and in addition the Ben's Outlet website states that the customer can choose either an exchange or refund in this case. Three of the four cards worked fine, but unfortunately the fourth locked up the system whenever the GPU was put under any type of load.
When I contacted Ben's Outlet about the problem, they steadfastly REFUSED to exchange the card (despite what their site says!), and only offered a refund. Warrantied 5870s are near impossible to find, so this was unacceptable to me. I therefore called AMD to see if they would replace it under warranty. Imagine my surprise when AMD said the card was NOT warrantied at all and that the fact that I even had it (they said it was an "engineering reference test card" after looking up the part number) was a gross violation of a reviewer or manufacturer non disclosure agreement. Apparently some reviewers or manufacturers had unloaded these cards for cash which they are not permitted to do.
This is very poor and misleading service. The 5870 web page has outright lies on it ("Brand new," "90 day manufacturer warranty"). At this point my only choice is to get a refund and hope I can somehow find a replacement 5870 elsewhere, which is going to be almost impossible. As of today I am still waiting for them to issue me the prepaid shipping label they said they would send."
