"I am very annoyed on the fact that they say it shipped when its not.
i got an e-mail the next day that it shipped with a tracking number but on ups website i didn't see anything for a week

If I wouldn't have gotten the e-mail that it's shipped I wouldn't be so worried,

If it's not shipped yet, then y say it is, I have no problem waiting until they ship it (which I don't understand y it took a week?)

I will probably not come back and order from this website again

"Ordered a camera. Arrived quickly (2 days) but it was not working properly. After a quick e-mail I was told to return the camera for a refund. I paid for the postage back, but I received the refund within 3 days. Very satisfied, would buy from them again."

"I placed my first order with Bensoutlet.com on Oct. 23rd, 2011. My charge card was charged immediately for the purchase, but the UPS tracking-number Bensoutlet.com sent me didn't work on the UPS tracking site for five days. The sixth day the package finally showed as "in transit" to me. The package was sent in a plastic bag, so there was some crushed-box inside the bag when the product arrived. I sent a few emails to ****@****, asking for their help, but didn't get any reply for over a week. I was concerned because they didn't reply to my support request emails promptly, (or to the online support-request I submitted via their own website). And they have no contact phone-number for their business, which is frustrating when their email system doesn't seem to work consistently. However, I'm happy to report that today (ten days later), they responded to my emailed support-requests, and solved the problem for me quickly. I'm accustomed to a two-day response-time from most businesses, (or at least a phone-contact number), ... but I"m happy enough with their resolution today (November 2nd) that I'll make a future purchase from them, and hope all goes smoothly at that time."

"I bought a camera from Ben's Outlet, it did not work out of the box. I contacted the manufacture of the camera and they did not respond in 2 weeks. I then contacted Ben's Outlet and received a RMA, returned camera and had a refund in 3 days. I have bought other things from them since then. Very nice to deal with, I am a happy customer."

"I've purchased several items on different occasions from Ben's Outlet and am typically quite happy with the speed of delivery, the accuracy of descriptions, and the fairness of price (which can be *exceptional*). With my last order, the item didn't work when it arrived and I contacted Ben's Outlet. Customer Service Representative Adam immediately responded that I could dispose of the item and expect a full refund of my purchase price. "One word for this website, AWESOME. The only thing that I like about this website is their customer service. Excellent customer service, receive their replies within 24hrs, even has better customer service than ebay, willing to help and make customers satisfied.
Good, high quality products as well, always receive items on time. There was a product that I bought, and even though it has been over 30 days, I can still return that item for a full refund without any problems.

"Ben's Outlet is FANTASTIC!!
I have purchased several items from Ben's Outlet.I recently purchased a product that was broken when it came. I emailed them and told them the issue. They IMMEDIATLY emailed me back and credited my credit card! They also sent me an apology email...WOW! WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I haven't had such great customer service from ANYWHERE in a VERY LONG TIME! It really makes a difference in a world of terrible customer service and gives me confidence in buying from Ben's Outlet in the future!

"Two items, two different orders 4 days apart and didn't get either one. The tracking states, and always has, "Tracking information for this piece is unavailable at this time". I was patient as requested by their FAQ and didn't check with customer service regarding my order for over a week. Once I did contact, they replied (after 3 days) that the shipping carrier lost the item. To their credit, they did refund my money. However, it seems rather unlikely that the carrier lost two separate shipments to me at different times. I suspect it's much more likely that they never shipped - perhaps they were out of stock, but I would have preferred they said so and not taken my money. Then I would have been able to order from someone else and have my items by now. "

"Wow!

I ordered a Jawbone Icon from Bensoutlet on 7/21/2011. It took about a week to get to me, and once I received it it was missing the earbuds that allow it to sit comfortabley in my ear.

I email Bensoutlet about this, and received no reply. I emailed (via the website, as there is no email address published) them again twice and received no reply either time. Finally on the 4th day (8/6/2011 - a Saturday!) I received an email form them, stating that they were sorry, but there must have been an error in the packaging from the manufacturer and that they would refund my money in full!

I explained that the headset was working, and all I needed was the earbuds, but they said that was ok and that they would still refund.

On 8/11/2011 I received a full refund from them.

I am astounded at the great level of service that they have provided and will most certainly do business with these people again.

Simply outstanding service.

"I recently ordered a BRAND NEW Polaroid 12-Megapixel Digital Camera+ Polaroid PoGo Instant printer Zero Ink Technology & Photo Paper from Bens Outlet. When I received it and opened it up, it had been used. The camera lens was scratched, a lose screw fell out of where the batteries go, there was no photo paper.... This was suppose to be a brand new camera not a used one. Now that I need to send it back I get no reply from my emails I have sent. If anyone has a suggestion how I get a RMA# please let me know. Very dissatisfied customer."
