"I would sure like to know if these people who got such "good customer service" have some secret email address. I received a defective electronics product and have sent a total of six (6) emails asking for support and have received a total of ZERO RESPONSES.
I had emailed them several times in the past (before they started including free shipping), asking about combined shipping on multiple items - never a single response then either.
Since the introduction of free shipping I have order several items and have been satisfied with the merchandise I received, but now - the first time I have a problem - NOTHING.
I will let the dispute department of my cc company refund my money and ... Ben? Same to you pal.
UPDATE (8/1/11) ... Finally got a response - after opening a dispute with paypal. Ben's Outlet offered an apology for taking so long to get back with me and refunded the purchase price. I appreciate that and will buy from them again, but I still think they could improve their reply time.

"I erroneously thought I did not receive the free ear buds with my order. I emailed Ben's Outlet and had a response in minutes that the ear buds would be sent. When the order I placed with Ben's arrived a couple of hours later (with the ear buds!) I realized I mistook an order from another vendor as the one from Ben's Outlet. I immediately emailed them to cancel the ear bud order. They emailed back it was on the way and to keep it. My error totally. Thank you Ben's Outlet for the great customer service."
"I ordered a watch and USB device Bowflex Pro Plus Strapless Heart Rate Monitor Watch With Quick Touch Technology for ECG Heart Rate Readings . Watch has not shown up and USB device came without instructions. The invoice shows it was sent.
I've written several letters to the so called Customer Service without a reply back from them.
I think we are dealing with a rip-off site. No phone numbers etc.
No customer service. This is the situation that I'll need PayPal and American Express deal with. A letter to the FTC maybe the next course of action. "
"Love em! I have bought a few things there and my interactions have always gone well. The one time I did need to return something, the process was very easy. My money was refunded quickly. Just remember that they are selling close out items, so most of the time, they are not going to be top-shelf products. Do a little research before you purchase something."
"Oh June 30th I purchased one Haier HLT15DC 15.6-Inch Portable LCD TV With 720p HDTV Resolution, HDMI Connectivity & Remote Control for $99.00. It was delivered yesterday, July 8th, by USPS. The TV I received is defective. The connector panel in the back of the set is empty. There are no sockets, plugs, connectors of any kind. I can plug it in to the wall, but there is nothing to connect the HDMI or cables to.
There is not telephone number that I can find on the web site. I promptly sent them an e-mail at 2:30 PM yesterday afternoon. They have not replied. If I don't hear from them on Monday, I will contact PayPal and Mastercard and have them deal with the issue.
So far, I'm dealing with NO custemer service, not poor customer serice."

"I had a problem with a BLUETOOTH cordless phone system I purchased from them. The issue as I found about after spending a lot of time getting it to work properly is that the BLUETOOTH signal only works in a straight line. It can't transmit up or down, so it cannot work in a multi-level home.
At my request, because they didn't advertise it as not working in multi-level homes, Ben's paid for the shipping both ways. I did have to write a few times, but they 100% stood behind this and I highly recommend doing business with them because they sincerely want to treat customers rght."
