"AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!! I purchased a 'Genuine Sony Product',(Sony PS3 Laser Mech) as advertsied by the company on their website and I accepted their 'Free' delivery service.
The item was received approximately 3 weeks later, which was as expected, however upon examination, the item showed signs of wear and poor quality, indicating that it was not 'genuine', and was reconditioned; NOT as advertised.
The item was installed, however it only worked for ONE DAY, before failing, due to it's poor quality and fake LASER.
I emailed best offer buy who were less than helpful, requesting that I sent the item back at my own cost! It was only then that I read their terms & conditions, which state that if they agree a refund and you have used the 'Free postage', they will deduct 20% of the original price aswell!!! So basically, having paid £37 for the item, I would be losing out on about £5 for basic postage back to them and about £7.40 in deductions. How can that be right.....? I receive a fake/inferior product, have to wait weeks for the process, have to pay for my own return and only get back £24.60 back....Great customer service!
AVOID this company, they are NOT selling genuine items a and will NOT back up their items. They are FRAUDSTERS!"

"This place is a scam! I placed my order on 3-22-11 and paid for 2-5 day DHL Express delivery. They didn't even ship it till the 26th, four days later! Then the shipment was on hold by DHL for four days. And after that DHL sent the item back to the shipper and said that the shipper requested it back!!! They are a completely untrustworthy company based out of Singapore with a warehouse in Shenzhen, China. COMPLETE RIP OFF! Don't order from them!"

"The prices are low, even if sometimes you can find something cheaper somewhere else (i'm from france), but with a free shipping it's usually harder.

The shipping isn't fast but not bad.

They suggest an alternative item too often (sometimes not even on the store), because it's out of stock. But then why continue to show it on the website ?

"I ordered a product on the 28th of January and they took the money for it the same day. I have yet to receive the item or receive an email about it being shipped or anything. I have emailed them and have yet to receive a response. I have allowed plenty of time for Chinese New Year and even the other shipping delays. The product should have been here at least by the end of February and now it is the end of March. Will never again use this company!!

Update- Never received email from the company other than the confirmation of my order but I have emailed them again. "
