"Really good service and dilivery."

"Delivery was very slow, however I expected this so it wasn't a major problem. Also, one of the items in my order was out of stock and they contacted me through email to offer me a replacement which I accepted.

The problem I had with my order, is that one of the items was missing from my parcel. I ordered a quantity of two, however only one had been put in the parcel. The parcel had not been opened or damaged so the item could not have fallen out or removed during transit. I have contacted them through their contact us link on their website and also via their support email address but have had no reply to either.

Taking my money for a product that was clearly never sent to me, is theft and I recommended everyone to avoid this company. It's disgraceful that they can get away with this practice and do not seem to care about customers once they have received their money.

I would have used this company many times in the future and placed some big orders with them had this order been correct or been quickly resolved, however, I will never use this company again and recommend that everyone avoid them.

UPDATE: There was definitely no email sent to me, I even checked my junk and deleted folders and there was nothing.....also, the missing filter never showed up even after waiting an extra week!!

So, I started a paypal claim and requested a part refund which was accepted by bestofferbuy and is now on it's way to my bank account. Such a shame that they got it wrong.....they've lost a good customer!!"

"I bought 2 different keyrings from the website in January 2011. About THREE WEEKS later an email came, saying they were out of stock for both products and suggested to me some "alternative items"...

"I have been scammed by BestOffer Buy, i bought a hovercraft for my grandson for xmas, £18.39. I then received an email to say it was out of stock and would I consider having a different one that was not on their website. It ceased to work on boxing day.

I was told that my only option was to send it back to Hong Kong costing £45.99 on the promise that they would refund including p&p, not heard a thing dispite my constant emails to them apart from one email stating they haven't received it. In my opinion, be very aware of this company."

"This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I have ordered on three different occasions, and after EVERY order, they tell me that it is on back order. Purchasing and recieving the item from them was easy and painless, the pain came when the product didn't work (surprise, cheap chinese knock off electronics) and I had to return the item. They claim they never recieve the item and I believe they use the fact that you have to ship things back to Hong Kong as an easy excuse to say "Please noted that we haven't received the return product from you so far." because it leaves the hands of the US post office so there goes your chances of safely getting the item to them. I shipped it back over a month ago. I bet they put it back on the shelf and sell it to the next sucker. If you are buying something that is not likely to be defective (non-electronic) you may have a good experience, but buyer beware should you need to return it (which may be likely if it is electronic)!"
