"Updated: I think it is my destiny in life to eat my words. Not 15 minutes after I submitted this review my package arrived and there was not an issue with the packaging or the products. Truly genuine and nice products for a reasonable price.
While I would strongly encourage the seller to communicate more openly, or even have order status updates via the website. I will say that beyond those isues I am impressed with the products.
Original review: I purchased a product on Monday 4/6, which I realize is the Monday immediately following Eastern weekend. I quickly found my items and purchased and paid for them, with overnight shipping. However it is now Thursday 4/9 and I have still yet to hear from the merchant at all regarding my order status, and two separate inquiries I have made via email regarding my order status.
This may be a simple communications breakdown, however with the cost of the items, plus the cost of shipping on this particular order I do not expect to have these issues. I want to believe this will work out in the end, however we will have to wait and see."
