I'm not sure what is "free", other than you aren't charging me to return it--I still have to pay the shipping. It is a room divider--a large, heavy screen that I (68-years old) will not be able to take to the Post Office, so I'lll have to not only pay for shipping, but for a pickup. "Complaint #1: Purchased a bedframe thinking it was in Canadian dollars as I am a new online shopper and the website has US/Cdn flag icons at the top of page so I guess I assumed too much. Even the email invoice once ordered didn't indicate final price in US. It wasn't until the credit card bill came I realized it was US and therefore hundreds more. My fault for not being more aware but at the same time I feel the company should clearly indicate US dollars on their product prices for Canadian and international customers.
Complaint #2: The box arrived banged up and torn. The bedframe was ok but just by shear luck. Delivery time = one month (not terrible but not awesome)
Complaint #3: Bedframe was missing critical structure piece with original shipment. I advised company and they resent a box of hardware instead of the structure piece. So month and a half and three or so emails later still waiting for it meanwhile I had to put together a makeshift base to sleep on. Good thing I had some left over lumber to use. Very annoying.
Complaint #4: I complained that I felt shafted and they said "sorry you feel you were 'shafted'". I feel allowed to be annoyed but I don't feel they should respond with sarcasm. So that's the extent of their customer service. Boo them, never again."
