"I ordered a product I was assured would work and when it didn't and I wanted to return the product it seemed this company was extremely reluctant to do so. They finally agreed to send me the information on how to proceed. The merchandise was sent back on 9/30/15. It was received by the manufacturer(Malouf) on 10/9/15. A refund did not appear on my most recent credit card statement. I did speak with a representative on Sunday 11/01/15 and was also sent an email today 11/02/15 stating that a refund has now been issued.
Had I not been looking for the refund and called them about it I don't believe they would have processed it. This is not a company I would choose to do business with again."

After calling, they were friendly and answered all of my questions and sent me a confirmation email as I requested. The company the chose for delivery gave an unreasonable time range for delivery (10am to 6pm) meaning I literally had to spend my day waiting for a delivery. "The chair I ordered came packed in some kind of cobbled together, oddly shaped packing box. Naturally, the box was damaged and some damage (deep scratches in the wood) resulted.
Once together, we realized the chair was not the color ordered. We had ordered black leather with black wood trim. The chair delivered was dark brown leather with a grained brown wood trim, which was not even an option on your site (or any site that carries this same chair that I was able to identify - and I did quite a bit of research on-line before ordering).
We decided to keep the chair anyway, repairing the damage and accepting the color. Your site did have the least expensive price for this chair that I was able to find, but as the old saying goes - you get what you pay for. Also you delivered the chair in the expected time frame. However, the packaging, damage and the color discrepancy were big negatives. I would recommend that anyone thinking about purchasing this chair, go to a different site. Hopefully, you'll have a better experience, since the chair itself is as pictured and seems to be of decent quality.

UPDATE: As a result of this review, Beyond Stores called and apologized for the problem. They offered to send a new chair or credit back $50. Since we did not want to go through the hassle of packing it up and shipping the chair back, we accepted the $50 credit."
