" First, it took 20 days to be delivered. Second, according to the instructions, I was supposed to inspect and sign for accepting the product upon delivery. I was waiting at home, but the table has been dropped at the front door without any attempt for signature. Then the biggest disappointment was after opening the box - a damaged item and extremely poor quality of the product. There is a visible crack on the side of the table and the material beneath the laminate is chipped on multiple spots."
