Item was delivered mid October..Item delivered was damaged..called spoke to rep explained item shipped was not secured properly for delivery.,They offered to take $ off & suggested I take it to a body shop or art school for possible repair.. I found that solution unacceptable.. I requested an exchange or a return lable for a complete refund.. it took me to request a mgr for resolution.. In which they shipped out another item which was bent during delivery.. This will be my 1 & last purchase.."

"When I originally placed my order I was told that it would ship within two weeks. Shortly afterwards I got an e-mail to tell me that it would not ship for another 2 months with no offer to do anything else for me as if it didn't matter if it shipped in two weeks or two months. When the new ship date arrived I had not heard anything from them- no shipping notice, no email, no status update- so I emailed them. To which once again they very nonchalantly told me, it was backordered and would not ship for another 6 weeks. When I told them that I wanted my money back (that they had now been holding for over 2 months), they suddenly became very responsive. My order is finally scheduled to be delivered tomorrow so I can't yet speak to the quality of the merchandise, but the service was terrible. I will not order from them again."
