"I have not received my order yet. I placed my order on Oct. 14 and for some reason there was a mix up and they did not process my order. I called 2 weeks after I placed my order to find out that it would not be shipped out til Oct. 28. The customer service department however, were very nice and accommodating."

"The shipping, while not super fast, was exactly within the time frame stated in the description. Item shipped within 10 days of order and arrived in great shape from UPS. I will be doing business with them again and I will be telling my friends to check them out before making a purchase somewhere else."

"I placed an order for a bed, dresser and 2 nightstands. After allowing the 5-7 business days needed to ship my items pass, I checked my email and the website to see a scheduled date for delivery. I had to call to find out the status and only then was I told that the set I ordered was discontinued and there would be no delivery. I didn't understand why I wasn't told right off that the set was unavailable, but OK... these things happen.... I do feel 7 business days which translates to 9 days my time is excessive, but had they contacted me to let me know I might have felt better about it.

After finding out, I asked for email confirmation so I could order a new set. I waited a day... and a second day before I had to reach out again and get the confirmation that my money would be returned.... The email indicated it would take up to 3 days to process that... I did receive the refund without any hassle but all told it was a huge waste of my time and very frustrating.

"I ordered a bar stool. The stool was drop shipped from the factory. While the box was in good condition there was a problem with factory defects. Communication and follow up with Beyond Stores was EXCELLENT. They went right to work resolving this problem and I received the new stool in short order. It was perfect. On top of that, theirs was the best price on the net and no shipping charge. Their Customer Service Reps are very helpful and friendly and I am very impressed with the communications I have receive from them - even after the shipment arrived. Thank you Beyond Stores for taking care of me. "
