"I placed an order for a bed, dresser and 2 nightstands. After allowing the 5-7 business days needed to ship my items pass, I checked my email and the website to see a scheduled date for delivery. I had to call to find out the status and only then was I told that the set I ordered was discontinued and there would be no delivery. I didn't understand why I wasn't told right off that the set was unavailable, but OK... these things happen.... I do feel 7 business days which translates to 9 days my time is excessive, but had they contacted me to let me know I might have felt better about it.
After finding out, I asked for email confirmation so I could order a new set. I waited a day... and a second day before I had to reach out again and get the confirmation that my money would be returned.... The email indicated it would take up to 3 days to process that... I did receive the refund without any hassle but all told it was a huge waste of my time and very frustrating."
