I advised I am cancelling my order, in which the manager, Jerry, asked me if I was on drugs! I am not making this up. I am contacting the state Attorney General and have discussed this with my credit card company. Under no circumstances should anyone do business with these scam artists."

"BigOnDigital.com is relatively good on prices. I say they are cheaper than most other online stores (adding on the s&h, too). Overall the purchasing process was friendly. When your sales representative is not available or out, someone well ends up taking over your order. Though, I would've like someone to contact me through email or phone that the product I ordered was on back order. Other than that, I was happy to receive it asap after the product was restocked. (Found out by calling customer service)."

They told me that they have it in stock, and it will be shipped the next day.
Two weeks have passed without a shipment. I called in many times during that time, and everytime I was told that it will be shipped the next day.
On my final call, I was told that it is not in stock, so I canceled my order. What a scam."
"I have been looking to purchase a Fujitsu Lifebook. I have been shopping all over the internet & major computer stores for the right price, and stumbled across Big On Digital.
The price they were advertising was much lower than the average listing & seemed suspicious to me. I wasn't to sure…they were located in Brooklyn (sorry Brooklyn).....they had affordable prices..."something's GOT to be up!"….so I called and talked to Mike in sales.
Mike was very helpful and explained how & why they passed their savings onto their on-line customers. It seemed to good to be true. I was still waiting for "the catch" until I received my computer - "no catch"!
I had called Mike after I received the computer to ask him a few more questions & YET he was still accommodating and nice. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Big On Deals anytime.

Tuesday morning, a salesman called to confirm the order and inform me of other sale items, of which I purchased some. We confirmed the sale, with a 5-7 day expected delivery date. "This company is a scam, I ordered a NEW samsung HLN567W TV (3,000.00)and was sent (4/21) a refurbed unit (in a repacked carton )with a bad picture, I called Samsung with the serial #,they told me it had been repaired a month earlier. I called that morning (4/23)and asked about the TV,B.O.D (Stan)told me it was a new unit, when I told them I spoke to Samsung they replied that I must have received a refurb by mistake, Mark told me the same.I asked twice for a RA # ,still waiting, No calls returned by Mark the manager, over 20 emails sent without a reply. Now I have Am.Exp.looking into them.Samsung is contacting the company who repaired it for B.O.D.and they will contact them about false advertising.When this is over I will never do business with them again and I will do my best that no one else does either.They knew what they sent ,I purchased in good faith which they know nothing about!This company knows nothing about customer service, the only thing they know how to do is to put you on hold while passing you from person to person. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! "

I ordered it online & before I felt it would be shipped changed my mind for a better model of the same type camera & called BOD with their toll-free phone no. & spoke to a sales rep - William. He went out of his way to find the old order & changed it so the new order would be the one shipped. When shipped, BOD sent me an email with all tracking info. "I want to compliment William who just recently helped me out. I purchased a new digital camera online from BigonDigital.com and noticed that the order was showing “on hold” on the customer service page. When I called to inquire why the order was on hold I got put in touch with William. He stated an email was sent out to me to notify me that they needed more credit card information. Unfortunately I did not receive that email and therefore did not know that they need more info from me. William was quick to offer his help in correcting the situation. Not only did he take care of the getting the missing information, he offered me a great discounted price on an extended battery and a memory card for the camera and then threw in a free camera case to boot, just to make sure I was happy. "they still have not credited my credit card for a charge of $419.80. still waiting. they did not have the product, said it would be 2 weeks, told them to cancle product ZR90 but they went ahead and still charged my card!!! i have talked with a lori, robin and crystal. crystal did the most work, but still no results. trying to talk with a manager is imposssibe. i am persueing legal actions against them. if they have any good ratings i believe they wrote them. i send emails daily with no results. my credit card company says they will get my credit returned. i hope"
