Less than one day later, this afternoon, I received a phone call from bikebandit in response where the caller first apologized for the issue I thought I had, second, he explained that my order was being fulfilled exactly as I had requested, and third, explained that a glitch in their system had sent the wrong response to my order making me think I had an issue. As much as you hope you never have an issue with a seller, you also hope for the kind of immediate response I received from bikebandit. I recommend this company with no reservations. No one is perfect but not enough companies spend the kind of effort bikebandit did to resolve even a mistaken issue. My buddy recommended them for a classic part and now I know why."
