"I've purchased a number of things from BikeBandit over the years and have always felt like they gave good value and good service. This time it was a little different. I was helping a very sick friend prepare his BMW R1150RT for sale and discovered that it was in serious need of tires - at a good price and fast. BikeBandit was closing out Bridgestone BT-016's at an amazing price (saved almost $200 on a set) and was providing free shipping for purchases over $149. I put my order in around noon Wednesday. While placing the order I needed some information not immediately obvious on the website and called BB's sales department. My representative was outstanding - he knew the technical in's and out's of the system and got me fixed up fast. I didn't ask for any special handling or mention that the tires were for a cancer victim's bike - but honest to God, they were delivered by 1 PM the NEXT day and I had them on the bike by 5:30 that afternoon so that it could be put up for sale immediately after that.

Since it might not be obvious, my sense of urgency was driven by the fact that it's early October and the motorcycle selling season is almost over. If he didn't have his bike on the market while there was still some buyer interest, it might not sell until spring. There's no telling if that will actually be a problem, but now he has the best possible chance of avoiding it.

I can't think of another motorcycle parts store that could have or would have been able to be of this much help and do it as a routine operating procedure. They will get my continued business for as long as I'm buying motorcycle parts."
