"I was very surprised a company as large as BikeBandit did not have an exchange policy or a viable return policy. I purchased a helmet, which is tough to do online anyways, but when I called to exchange it I was told I could only return it and purchase another in the correct size. So not only would I have to pay for shipping three times, but they would not honor the sale price that I bought the original helmet for. So now in order to not pay way more than I should have for this helmet, I will resell the original helmet and hope to break even, and then purchase the correct size from another seller. I have purchased from BB before but never had to return an item. Make sure it's what you want and stay away from sized items, as there is no exchange policy. "

"Horrible, found better prices elsewhere, shipping was slow, customer service was awful. I like the "buysafe" guarentee but I haven't gone through the process to see if it actually works. Everything I purchased I found for a much better price from another online company using the same OEM manufacturer. Charging $27 (minimum) and calling 5-7 business days "Express" shipping should be a crime."
