"Overall I'd say Bike Bandit is a good place to order your merchandise. I'd give them a plus on selection and pricing, but a minus on descriptions. I ordered a white jacket, it turned out to be cream/ offwhite. They are good with exchanges and returns, which boosts my confidence in ordering with them again. It would be nice if they would email you your tracking number(s) for placed orders instead of having to log in, go to accout, click on order history, click on order, then click on the tracking number. It's alot of steps just to track your order, & it would be quicker to open an email and boom click on the tracking number. "
