I know it's 32 years old so I know some parts are not available sometimes. Always fast shipping and haven't had any problems to date. "I appreciate the prices, and the online, "real-time" service customer service was nice. Website set-up could be better.......making things more intuitive as to what products for which bike and maybe grouping things in natural combinations....like tubes with tires and filters with cleaners/oil, etc. It's also somewhat confusing as to when stuff ships. I currently have some products that are "on order", but I have no idea when they will show up. Maybe shipping things at the same time (ie I have a tire, but no tube....) "
"You guys are fast with the shipping. I ordered two Shinko 230 motorcycle tires on the 13th and they arrived on the 15th. I have to wait longer than that to get them installed, like two weeks. I have a Suzuki C90T and am replacing the original tires which are Bridgestone Whitewall tires with 10,000 miles. I have never tried Shinkos however with the great reviews from several motorcycle websites, they sounded good and both tires plus shipping cost less than one of the original tires. The tires came with cardboard inserts to keep them from colapsing during shipping and even once they are installed the cost will be about the price of one Dunlop or Metzler tire that I was looking to buy. I was amazed at the speed which these tires made it to my front door.
Update 9/13/2013: I have put over 2000 miles on these tires which included a hot trip to Florida with temps in the mid 90s. These tires were great on my first trip in rain. They stick to the road like glue and corner with confidence at high speeds. They were very smooth on my trip to Florida. Road temps were probably around 100 plus, with heavy rain further south. These tires were great in rain with little hydroplaning, great in heat with even wear and they hold their air pressures constant. Even after 2500 miles they have some of the little rubber whiskers on the sides and very little tread wear. I recommend these tire to everyone. If you have a cruiser or a heavy touring bike these tire would be great."
