Not only did they put a hold on my card for more than the purchase amount, they charged my card two days later and did not remove the original holds. So I got stuck with an extra $484 of hold on my account. When I talked to customer service all they could tell me was that they would email billing and it would take a few days. There was no way for me to speak with billing directly."
