"So far I have ordered three times form Bike Bandiit the web site it great the selection is also fantastic and the prices are also in line with other sites. My only problem is in the shipping part of my orders because you really don’t know the status until it ships and then that is when the aggravation begins being on the east coast the overall time sux you can’t ride on Saturday or Sunday order on Monday morning and get what you need in time for the next weekend. I know shipping times can be shorter how much I am not sure I get regular orders from one of my suppliers I buy from they come ups in 36 hrs. or less. While price is important I think time may be more I either work or live within three or four miles of four motorcycle shops it is easier to order on line but the wait is aggravating."

"I'm sure I would love this shield if I ever receive it. This item is on BACKORDER and there is nothing on the page that indicates that. So please call if you're looking to buy it. I made this mistake about 3 weeks ago when I placed an order of 3 items including this shield and only after the money was taken from my account did BikeBandit notify me of the shield being on backorder. There is NO OPTION of returning/canceling your order until AFTER a 25 day waiting period. Then BikeBandit will proceed to return your money which takes an additional 7-10 business days. I basically paid them $$$ which they are holding for over a month while I do not receive the item (or any item) that I paid for and expected in about a week. I realize that the item being backordered is not BBs fault however I do think better accommodations can be made for paying customers. I am very disappointed in this service and when I order a part that I actually need quickly for my bike I will NOT order from here. "
