"My first order through Biker Bandit. I really have no complaint so far. I received an email notification upon order, another when it was being sent, and another thank you after. I guess it should arrive tomorrow. Efficient enough for me. I do have a suggestion though. I think if you had more information on the products it would help. Example: I ordered a Metzeler ME880 xxl rear tire for my Victory Hammer. It comes with a Dunlop 250. I must admit I am still a little nervous on the fit. If you could input bike specs to give a warning if you ordered the wrong thing, it is something no one else does, maybe because you don't know how, but I could do that. Also to boost sales I suggest working out a coupon program with service sites through out the usa. Example: I bought a tire, have a install coupon for my local dealer that could be purchased at the same time. You work out a deal with shop to charge you 50 and you sell it for 60, the shop or dealer gets business they may not have gotten, you get an extra $10 for having a coupon available. That I could do too. Just my two cents worth. "

"I have a '06 CBR600 and shop with BikeBandit.com for my Honda parts. This is the first time I bought a helmet from them and was impressed with the guy on the phone and how quickly I got the helmet. I recommend these guys to people all the time for parts and will do so now for gear. They definitely know what they are doing."

"I ordered a helmet that was supposedly in stock. They took the order, processed it for three days, and then sent me an email saying it was not in stock and no longer available. So, I'm out the helmet that I really wanted and four days that I could have found another one in.
What makes matters worse, the helmet is still (as of July 26th) available on their website for purchase, even if it's not truly available!!! I really like the selection, and the prices are fairly even across the board, so I'll probably shop with Bandit again. I will however, only be ordering whats guaranteed to be shipped within 24 hours.

"I had a HORRIBLE experience with Bike Bandit. I live in Canada, and have been tracking it almost every other day (cause i was soooo excited to get my package which was over 500$) and assumed that the reason it was taking bike bandit so long to ship my pakage was due to the issues at the border. So after 5 weeks of waiting i contacted an agent and who later gave me a tracking number for UPS, and so i contacted UPS and found out that the package was abandoned, and needed BB to approve of the resending, so i had to ping pong with UPS and BB to find out after close to 2 months that I would have to pay aditional fees, for this package. In my mind for a customer that was willing to pay that much, and has waited for 2 months, and had to spend so much time between the supplier and the broker, and not get any notification about the package status (interms of if it came to my city), and then would have to pay extra fees for something bike bandit failed to provide (the tracking number for UPS), is COMPLETELY LUDACRIS!!!! So maybe they might be amazing for shipments within USA, but for Canada.... I had the worst time EVER!!!!

"If everything goes well (big IF) great!OTHERWISE IS LIKE HAVING A SPOUSE ABUSER, avoid them like the plage. One of my orders shipperd perfect, the other totally wrong and to top it all not even a shred of evidence to prove to them that they had made a mistake. They put the burden of proof on me. The manager on duty was not on duty when I called. They wanted the part number of what they had shipped as I insisted that was part of the problem. Their answer was "everything from werehouse has to ship with a part number!", as I kept telling them that was not the case I HAVE THE PROOF IN MY LIVINGROOM ! I had to poor over their website to finally figured out what had they sent, since their policy is you pay for the return unless you can tell them exactly how wrong they had been. Even worse they want to resend it, Yes, that's true, no refund here! they think I trust them? I still have to print the return slip and use my own time to ship the items back. Not a single word of apology. Worst gift idea I ever had!!!If you use them be prepared to play russian roulete and have your credit card company's phone number handy"

"Ordered on 05/30 didn't ship until 06/08/2010 after an e-mail asking when it was going to ship. Sizes are incorrect on clothing description and won't accept returns. Shipped incorrect items that I did not order and did not ship what I ordered. Took 3 weeks to return e-mails. Do not order from this company. Customer service is terrible. "

"This is a horrible company. I received a windshield that causes my bike to become unsafe to ride when installed, and they won't take it back. They have very unhelpful staff and supervisors. I was completely shocked at the disregard of ensuring the products they sale are safe for all bikes they market it for."

"I ordered 4 atv tires and rims from them 2 front and 2 back. It took 7 days longer to get them than promised even though i payed extra shipping to get them quicker. When they finally arrived there were 3 back tires and 1 front. I had to repackage 1 of the back tires and bring it to a UPS store before they would even reorder the correct one. I was told 3-5 business days to get new one 3 weeks later still nothing i tried to talk to a manager and he/she was always in a meeting. No sorry no we will try and make it better just time after time 3-5 business days. By far the worst customer service i have ever delt with. DO NOT ORDER ANY THING FROM BIKE BANDIT YOU WILL REGRET IT."
