"Just cancelled my order because they are WAY TOO SLOW for my patience. It takes them 3-5 days just to ship the damn package. Rediculous and short of most customer's expectations. They don't have anything in stock it seems even though it says it on their site. I have just spend my last minute EVER on their site. Motorcycle-superstore.com, here I come. They ship it the SAME DAY, yes, the SAME day and have stuff in stock. "
"I ordered these KTM parts on May 8:
1 42T rear sprocket
1 45T rear sprocket
1 17T front sprocket
1 525 chain
All OEM, all parts that should be fairly common.
I called on May 22 to ask why the order still had not shipped. I was told that KTM parts usually came slower, but that they were in transit. I called again on the 28 to be told that the parts would not be there before mid June. Gone was the 3-day ride for Memorial day.
After waiting patiently, I checked today my order on the web site to read: "Canceled by BB". What?! I call for the third time and I am told that the order was automatically canceled on June 8 because the parts did not arrive within 30 days and they were not allowed to charge my credit card anymore. No email, no phone message, no warning no nothing, but they can give me free shipping for the next order.
The next order?! I have already been stuck without my bike for a month and a half and I should re-order with free shipping? How kind of them. It does not cost them much since they do not ship anything anyway.
Is there any recourse against that? Had I not checked the website, I would still be waiting with no chance to have my bike for the 4th of July week-end. At what point is there negligence? Should they not wonder why the parts are not there after 30 days? Should they not contact and ask their providers? Also, why did they tell me to wait until mid June?
Just called the local KTM dealer and he says he should be able to get me a cheaper after market kit of equal if not better quality by next week. I am quite upset right now.

"HORRIBLE!!!
Placed 2 jackets, Fieldsheer Eagle in 2X and 3XL in the cart on a Monday morning. Asked online customer service for help deciding which jacket to get. Gave him my size and he said 3XL. Went to purchase the jacket and the price had changed. Online guy said sorry, that's the price. I complained a little, he said order it and I'd be issued a refund for the difference.
The jacket arrived about a week later, no refund, and the jacket was HUGE! 58" inside diameter. I am a size 52". Plus the jacket did not have the features listed on the description, specifically the arm adjustments. The description said "unique 4-step adjustable upper and lower sleeve controls secure elbow armor on large or small arms" This jacket has none.
So I call them and they initially refused a refund but after I sent them the saved conversation I had with their online help people they agreed to a bandit bucks refund.
I shipped the jacket back and waited a week.
OK, so I reorder the jacket in 2X at a now higher price and a few days later I got a shipping confirmation.
I called Monday the 14th of June to get a tracking number and I am told that it was not available yet.
Two hours later I got an Email telling me that the jacket was not available and would not be shipped!
I called and asked for my money back and was told "Sorry - no refunds on closeout items"
I just want my money back so I can go to a reputable online dealer and get the dang jacket!
I am going to file with my credit card company to get my money returned if I have to.

"Bikebandit.com had many tires on sale for a very low price. I called to confirm that it was the correct price, and not just an error and was told that it was the correct price. I placed my order.
A day later I received an email stating that they wouldn't be able to ship the tires to Canada. Nowhere during the order process was this mentioned.
I did a live chat with Brendan from bikebandit.com. He offered to ship to a US address for me, but would not offer me the original price. He stated that it was a pricing error and that nobody would be getting their tires at this price. A local forum had a large number of people stating that their tire orders had been completed and shipped - mine being the only one that wouldn't be honored, and according to the official email I got, the price was not being honored due to shipping problems, not a pricing error. I solved the shipping issue, but they refused to honor the original price, nor give me any sort of discount. No managers were ever available, and the CSRs were particularly rude."
"I placed my order on May 21st, they told me that the item was in stock, and it took them 8 days to ship it- May 29th. Today is June 2nd and I'm anxiously awaiting my order. I'm going back to Motorcycle Superstore."
"Horrible customer service. Their parts finder was linked to the wrong part, they acknowledge that they made the mistake in sending the wrong part and refuse to give me anything besides store credit ("Bandit Bucks"). I even have to pay return shipping to ship it back. Never again, do not order from these guys, they're on my list now...."
"Non-existent customer service. Item was shipped on time. Via USPS, but the postal service sent it to the wrong address and it was returned. I never received the product, never received a response from their customer service email and called them. They told me they could reship and charge me another $7.95 for shipping! She looked up the tracer from the postal service and verified it was returned. She said they would have to wait until it was received and verified that it was returned then would send the original package out for the additional shipping charge. I told her to cancel the order. After two weeks the credit appeared on my account MINUS THE SHIPPING CHARGE. Called and could never get through. I sent an email on May 8th and have never heard a word. Their online customer service is never online and it takes forever to get through to a person. BUYER BEWARE!"
"Made order for few fairing bolts and foot peg inserts for my bike. Got a USPS envelope containing just the bolts but missing the inserts. Packing list claimed that all parts were included, but that was not not the case. I tried to correct this with them, but they have not answered to my last 3 messages. Horrible customer service.
Update: On Jul 26 2010 Bikebandit contacted me via email. They commented about reading this review and asked order details so they could correct the issue. I replied them with detailed information and I have not heard from them since. But starting July 29 they seem to have received only 5-star reviews..."
"I ordered a bikemaster yumicron motorcycle battery (BB14L-A2). It was shipped on time, but in it's original box (no packing) and had obviously taken a few bumps. I used the battery 6 months (until right after the warranty went out) and it died. I emailed the BikeBandit support line and got no response (this was over a week ago - from a site that guarantees 1 business day response time). Click on their "on-line chat support" - you'll see what I also saw - there is never an operator available. Yes, the battery lasted through it's warranty, and I probably should have returned it right after opening it, but I am not sure that would have gone very well either. I am not impressed. I would not recommend this site to anyone - quite the opposite. They are truly bandits."
"Unprofessional, Disorganized and Deceptive....
Ordered two sprockets for my bike on March 30th. Both items listed on website said usually ship within 24 hours. Did not ship in 24 hours, nor 48 or a full week. Status updates on their website use their own terminology that is hard to figure out. "On Order" and "Cross Shipped". It seems they do not stock any items, just order from manufacturer then forward to customers. 10 days after my order was placed they finally figured out that they could not get one of the parts that "Usually ships in 24 hours" and it was backordered. I had just called the day before and asked about the status, I was told both parts were in stock and the order should ship in 24-48 hours. Then the order status on the website changed to "BackOrered". The only good thing about the process is that they canceled the order quickly and did not attempt to charge me a "restocking fee".
Don't waste your time, unprofessional, disorganized and deceptive. "
"Prices = very cheap. I was told I'd get my order quickly. OVER ONE MONTH LATER, I canceled. If you don't mind the worst customer service of any company ever, go for it and good luck. I see many have had positive experiences. This was the worst ordering experience I've had in my lifetime--and I order a lot."
"I wish that I read the reviews before I placed my Sidi boot order. Not in stock, never had it, never will. All false advertising here. DO NOT BUY AT BIKEBANDIT..."
"Wow, I was shocked to see that this company has such terrible reviews. This is who I recommend to all my friends who need motorcycle parts. I've had seven different transactions with them over the past 2 years; the only reason I haven't ordered in a while is because I haven't needed any parts lately. I've never experienced any problems with this company and would reccommend them to anyone."
"I didn't see any of the reviews here until after I had placed my order, so I was starting to get a bit nervous...
But everything went completely smooth. I placed my order Friday afternoon, had an order confirmation email that evening, and a shipping email with tracking number on Monday. Package arrived in good order the following Friday. Absolutely no complaints, and the prices were excellent."
"The parts were ordered and payed for. They were confirmed as shipped,When 1 part was backordered I tried to cancel the order. They informed me I had "1 HOUR" to cancel or I was subject to 20% restocking fee? How is that? They did not even tell me about it for a day? It is a rip off and you are stuck with what they say. Stay away form them"
