"Typically I don't go out of my way to evaluate a purchase, or bring it up to the supplier's attention. My recent experience at BikeSomeWhere.com demanded that I say something. My experience was TERRIBLE! All my emails went unanswered, and customer support was limited at best. I ordered my item on January 11th 2008, and it finally arrived on February 14, 2008. After about two weeks, and not receiving a shipment confirmation email, I began to investigate. The goofs at BikeSomeWhere.com didn't even realize there was something wrong. I don't know how long it would have been until I received my product if I hadn't of been a total prick and calling them up repeatedly about my order. Someone shouldn't have to fight to the nail for something they have already purchased! BEWARE of the, "We're shipping it out next Monday." Bunch of B.S. Actually, I wouldn't recommend buying from them at ALL. Avoid this seller! Find someone else! Do a google search for the product number you're looking for, and find a different seller. Unless of course, you don't mind the whole 34 day wait period. Ironically, I also ordered some stuff from Hong Kong about a week after I ordered from BikeSomeWhere.com, and my order from China got here faster with FREE SHIPPING! "Phone messages go unanswered. Refund for refused item took forever, even though a phone call and email went out the next day after ordering to stop shipment. Still being charged for $70 Fed Ex Over-night Shipping even though product attempted to be delivered fully a week late."
"Horrible reseller. Ordered an item from this company through Amazon.com on December 17,2007. Listing showed two items in stock. Purchased one item and paid for expedited shipping and complied with all requirements to receive this order by Dec 24th. Item never arrived even days after the holiday. No contact from this reseller either by email or phone. Multiple phone calls and emails to seller after item did not arrive as a gift for Christmas. Finally after threatening to contact the Better Business Bureau and Amazon I got an email from the company, "Your order was cancelled. Didn't you get the email?" Well I certainly got no email even in my junk mail folder. No explanation or further corespondence. My Amazon status still shows the order as active. This company if full of it. They are horrible and avoid them at all costs. Zero customer service. "
