"This is the review (Siskiu D7), which I submitted twice but never got published on their website. It seems that they publish 5* reviews only with a handful of 3* to seem "real".

Here is what I wrote:

I will just state pros and cons regarding the bike and overall experience and I will let you decide:
Pros
+ I received a $150 voucher for a second bike because of the bad experience (see below)
+ Bike is good as long as you spend some money on upgrades and LBS for tuning/fixing
+ Quick delivery within a week
+ Going tubeless was easy. Just use gorilla tape, sealant and some new valves

Cons
- The bike arrived with the box soaked in oil (see pictures). The fork was leaking and it looks like it was leaking for days which means it was shipped from California like that
- Misleading ads: "The bike is not tuned once the order is received and then repackaged for shipping". The bikes are assembled and tuned in Indonesia and then shipped to a warehouse in California where they are shipped around the US without opening any of the boxes (even if the box is soaked with a large stain of oil)
- The brake discs are rubbing even after a couple months of use
- When pressing the front brakes to test the front fork, it makes a clicking noise
- The gears are not tuned, they click for a few seconds before turning, which is quite annoying so LBS tuning is required
- The left pedal broke after jumping from a 1 ft rock during the first week
- The dropper post is extremely oversized and shims will not work to shorten it so you will need to buy another dropper post unless you downsize a bike which might create other problems or just not use the dropper post at all
- There is a clicking noise on the handlebars when turning left and right or going uphill
- Customer service is not in the US: probably it is in Philippines
- When dealing with the customer service, it is not an easy job. It is very stressful. When I received the bike leaking, I had to send them lots of pictures for "their mechanic" to assess it when obviously the leak was from the fork. The bike was completely unused and I asked if I can return it and they denied because the fork should be warranted by Rockshox and not by them, although they shipped the bike in that condition. I could not even return it because the box was soaked and if damaged during shipping I would have to pay for it. Anyway, after many back and forth emails and phone calls I took it to the LBS were it took a month to claim warranty with rockshox. Bikesonline initially refused to pay for the LBS $60 bill for shipping but after insisting they refunded me.
- And last but not least, that pink grease they use abundantly everywhere is terrible. Just wipe off the excess because if you take it to the mountains you will come back with sand stuck in every bolt. Also, wipe whatever lube they use off your chain, and lubricate with T9 before riding.

Overall: Would I buy again? Probably not. If you take into account the additional costs, then probably you should buy something better from your LBS or another website.

"First off, the buying experience was great. Easy, came nearly assembled and tuned. The wheels were even taped for tubeless. Videos were helpful for the parts of assembly that needed to happen out of box but I could’ve used another one for the drop seat and cable management - just wasn’t familiar with any of that and would’ve spent considerably less time assembling if there were videos or info on it. The bike itself is incredible. Lighter than I expected. Feels very natural even coming from a hardtail and is just a flowy ride. Brakes are awesome, suspension was easy to dial in and is pretty amazing. The only thing I upgraded were grips and pedals that I knew I liked and bought before the bike even came - both of which I’m glad I did. I’m not a gear head and am pretty new to serious riding but this bike seems extremely well made and I’m stoked to learn and grow on it for many years to come!"

I bought this bike for my wife who wanted to ride with me on the trails! This is her first full sus and she is shredding harder than I thought she would! I can’t lie, I’ve ridden this bike a lot too! "My over all experience with this company has been total garbage! Everything from A-Z was terrible!
Starting from A: i pre-ordered this bike, and had to wait nearly a month before it was supposed to ship. Fair enough I made that decision. But when it came time to ship I didn’t hear anything, a few days go by and I reach out. Just to find out that they apparently “over sold” on the pre sale and I was SOL. I was then told they have another presale for the next round but they already sold out of those, and that’s when I started to get upset because if I already bought it why wasn’t I put first on the next list? Total BS! Then they tell me they’re no longer selling the bike in that color only black. So I tell them I want the mint bike or give me my money back and the incompetent CS people are like “we can give you a $75 credit on another bike”. As if I’m going to purchase anything from this company ever again! I wouldn’t give this company any of your money! Every time I had a question i just got the run around BS answers! "
