The chair was easily assembled in 20 minutes and is very sturdy.
The only drawback I've found is the back does not tilt forward enough.
I would recommend this chair to anyone who needs a good office chair for their home."

I had to make inquiry to find out the situation when product was not received. Customer service was responsive. But no product. Had to cancel order. "I ordered a new white board for our office meeting room. After 3 weeks without any news of the status of delivery, we called them and learnt they misplaced our order YET they managed to charge my credit card for the order.

We have to hunt them down and they put you on hold to call their manufacturer. They don't even stock, drop-ship the order they take.???!!! What a scam!
1. The product is not any superior than the one sell at Staples. 2. The product is cheaper but not really that much considered the agony we went through. Not worthy. Will not order in the future.
3. Customer service has little clue of what's going on. They promise to call us back after our initial inquiry. That follow up never happen. POOR CS! (1 star)
4. We NEVER received the product after 1 month of chasing them for the product we paid for.
5. Failure to refund our money was the last straw after I informed them to cancel the order. I would give minus start if possible.!

Company would not take item back OR even offer a partial refund; they profited in full TWICE off a mistake caused by their online system. Was on hold for over 30 minutes.
