"I ordered chair mat based on the price listed. Order went through and waited for a week, and no progress was made. I checked the link and it says that it is ordered. Waited for another day, no movement.
I called customer service and asked for the status. After I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes, the rep said the she is told byer her manager, that the price listed is wrong and they want me to pay more than the list price. I requested to cancel the order, she put me on hold for another 15 minutes and told me that cancellation will take another 48 hours.
This is the worst site I ever
I was put on line for a long encountered. I strongly suggest that NO ONE should deal with BizChair.com.

- lied to customers about the price and wasted time
They still didn't credit my account...scared of their security in protecting my credit card.

"I had to cancel the order. Apparently my order for 2 chairs (on sale) was too small to justify the shipping expense; but O must say Bizchair was nice enough to email the shipping cost for my approval before they sent out the chairs. That was appreciated."

"Excellent. I have ordered a number of items from BizChair.com. We were so happy with the chairs we received in our first order, that we ended up ordering more of the same chairs! One chair in our first order was damaged. We received a replacement chair very soon. So, of couse when I needed to order a couch for our lobby, I thought of BizChair.com. Your prices can't be beat. "

"I ordered this chair for my office, and am pleased with the result.

As to be expected, the shipment is somewhat heavy (42 lbs). The shipping box is awkward, but packed proficiently.

The 1-page instruction sheet provided is strictly visual. Since the chair itself weighs some 40 pounds total, assembling the larger parts may be difficult without the proper work setting. A hex wrench is provided, and is the only tool you need.

Tightening the screws was a minor hassle, again due to the weight and awkwardness of the bigger parts.

Some pluses-

- 5-tire NASCAR certified wheelbase allows for record breaking wall-to-hall office time splits.

- Advanced ergonomic unlimited 360 degree swivel allows for immediate severe vertigo features.

Overall, I got what I wanted: A sturdy, slick, comfortable chair without letting everyone else know I'm poorer than they are. Hope this helps a little!
