"The item came rather quickly so I thank you for that...HOWEVER, I'm surprised that the item wasn't mangled! The styrofoam packing in the box was broken into small pieces. I'm pretty sure it wasn't the post office who broke the styrofoam...so it much have been done in the factory where it was boxed. Should check on your supplier's packing process to avoid problems and complaints."

"This chair is not made to fit my 6'3" frame as was reported by other such guys my height.The headrest pushes my shoulders forward so the lumbar support doesnt come into play as it should and the spring loaded recline is far too stiff to lean back comfortably.All other aspects of my purchase were top notch. The shopping was almost fun as many more options resembling what I was looking for were offered as to what else I might be interested in. Delivery was very timely as promised.
