"I had recently picked up the CRKT Linchpin Deadbolt from BladeHQ while it was on sale. I enjoyed the knife, it cut well & looked menacing. "I've bought a few things from them over the years, of varying quality, reflected by the price, but never had an issue with them before. Technically still haven't, but the post office lost my most recent order just before delivery, so I got ahold of the post office and they said they'd "look into it". I didn't find that very comforting so I sent an email mail to customer service at blade hq and got in touch with the fantastic Sharon R and she verified I did order it and it said it was delivered, but didn't get it. So she sent out replacement and I just thought they would try to pressure the post office from their side, so definitely above and beyond but I am absolutely over the moon that it is just solved and done. Many many thanks, and I would recommend them to anybody, first knife or a one off custom, they'll have your back!"
