"I had an issue with my delivery (USPS's fault, NOT Blade HQ). I contacted their customer service department via email and spoke with Brooke H. She was very diligent and got back to me quickly. Within three days another knife was on the way at no charge to me. It was the easiest replacement process I have ever experienced and I was treated with courtesy and respect!

"I asked Hannah about some products on the site that seemed like duplicates, and she had someone actually go and check their stock to see what the deal was, kept me informed each time there was an update, and the result was a duplicate listing being removed from the site. She could have easily just said that sometimes duplicates happen, or that the products were different and I just didn't realize it, but she (and others) went out of their way to check and confirm some random site user's suspicions. What a great gal :)"

"I ordered two knives as commemorative gifts. Each had different fonts for a similar message and without a preview available I wasn't sure how it would look on the blade (line wrapping, engraving quality, etc...). I needn't have worried!!! The knives arrived as promised and the engraving as well as the quality of the knives themselves was beyond my expectations. I ordered 3 OTF knives on Sunday Feb. 5th. I received them on Wed. the 8th.
One of the models I received was not the model I ordered. I emailed the company on Sat. the 11th. about my issue. I received a reply from Hannah on Sunday! (Not a posted working day). Hannah looked into my issue on Mon. the 13th, found that some models were incorrectly labeled, and made sure that I was shipped the correct model by Tues. the 14th. "I finally spotted "the knife" and purchased it. It came! But product was defective. When I went to return the knife just looking for the exact same model. They said they would return the product and that was the only thing they could do. It took 10 days in transit and I'm still missing the $$$. Now "the knife" is no longer available. Well I didn't want to wait more so I picked something very similar and... One of the screws is stripped out. So now I'm several hundred dollars out and still don't have a "complete" knife and waiting another 2 weeks to try and get this right really doesn't sound good."
