After two months of back and forth with their sales agent, I received the wrong product, and for the wrong windows in my house. I have been waiting for over two weeks for their management to return my calls and fix the issues, but so far still cannot get through. Every time you call customer service, you are put on hold for 15-20 minutes. They only pick up for SALES, and then take no responsibility when things go wrong. The order was expensive (the sales on their websites are completely deceiving), took too long, and came in incorrectly with no ability to fix it or get refunded. Further, I have spent hours and hours speaking to them with nothing to show for it. Proceed at your own risk - and take your business elsewhere!"

Terrible experience with Blinds.com customer service. I was told when we paid for blinds installation that the blinds could be delivered to the installer's address which was a potential good back up for us. We decided to use the address of the home we are closing escrow on instead. Well, due to current lock down in place in California due to Coronavirus our closing date has now been delayed for at least 2 weeks. I called blinds.com to ask them to change the shipping address of our blinds delivery to the installer's address and I was told no that that was not allowed, even though I was told it was allowed when initially ordered the blinds. I then asked if blinds.com could delay delivery of the blinds until we actually moved into our new home and I was told no, once the blinds were made they would be shipped our immediately and there was no way to put our blinds delivery on hold, we had to accept delivery. Really! So now I am being forced to accept delivery to an address I do not actually live at yet, due to no fault of my own, and blinds.com does not care and will not work with me. I am already stressed out with moving and now blinds.com is adding even more stress to my move.
I truly regret ordering my blinds from blinds.com. Please be aware that blinds.com will NOT allow you to make changes to your delivery address and will force you to accept delivery even if you do not have the ability to do so.
Shameful business not willing to assist a customer. You have been warned and should think twice about ordering from blinds.com especially if you are unable to take delivery immediately.

I canceled via the same email address that I had ordered on.
Over a week later, I received a message from Blinds.com that all cancelations must be made by phone within 24 hours.
Now, I’m stuck with these cheap Chinese made shades.
Next time I’ll go the a local big box store where the quality of the shades is higher, price the same and return policy much more friendly."

"My roller blinds would roll up crooked and therefore would jam up before rolling all the way up. Customer service gave me the run around by telling me to dismantle the blind from the roller and realign and use TAPE to re-apply it. Apparently they believe in the old theory that duct tape will fix anything. What a joke!
Now I have blinds in. my living room that wont roll up as high as I'd like. Half the time they wont lock and will retract and slam up scaring the **** out of everyone within ear distance!
The ends are fraying as well!
