"The blinds were great. I ordered both the standard mini blinds as well as cellular shades - ordered 7 blinds in all. The two cellular shades shipped in separate boxes and were labeled for what room they were for. However, the 5 other shades came in one box (all different sizes) with no labels for me to know what room they were for. After I had to measure and label each room on their website. In addition, 2 of the shades were for larger windows and needed the support brace which is included. However, the brace look nothing like that shown in the directions. Also, there were no instructions as to where to place the brace to it will make contact with your shade. I felt as if I was using some bad instructions from a 3rd world country. So if you get blinds that dont need a brace you are in great shape. And hopefully if you get more than one they are also labeled for what room they are for as well."

"After a complete renovation, my husband was over spending more money. So... we ordered pleated shades through blinds.com. As in interior designer, several clients inquired about their quality. This was a good time to try them - to save money and to provide feedback to clients. The blinds installed easy enough. However after the first year, several wouldn't retract. Those were replaced via the warranty. Now we have 3 that fail to retract which are no longer in warranty. Very disappointing as we spent close to $3K.
Seriously, I would go elsewhere if their blinds don't last longer than 5 years. It's the cost, the time replacing them, and now contributing to a landfill. The blinds haven't been mistreated, we are empty nesters and 90% of the time only 2 blinds are opened and closed daily."

"I ordered blinds for our new condo (+$1,000 order), and did the measurement myself, but wanted Blinds.com to come and install them.
Now, that I received the order, they won't install them unless I also order the measurement service from them. So essentially, I would have to discard the blinds I already have, and order new ones - even if the ones I have are made for the same measurements.
This is crazy! Never ordering from these guys again! What a ripoff! "

"Had to wait awhile to install got three new windows and had to wait for weather to warm up, but when windows were installed blinds were very easy to install. Only toke me about 10 min per window and my wife loves them."
