"Ordered Blinds.com brand Premium Light Filtering Cellular Shades. The came exactly as ordered, packaged well. Appear to be very nice quality, were easy to install and fit perfectly. They look great. One thing to mention - the face of the header bar and bars that go up and down are covered with the blind material so they match the blinds. That's great, but care needs to be taken that dirty fingers stay away if the blinds are white, as mine are.
One blind arrived with the end crushed when one of the plastic parts dislodged during shipping. I notified the company of the damage and received a prompt email that they were sending a replacement. Love it when a company makes things right. I will be putting these blinds in many more rooms and would recommend Blinds.com to anyone."

"Blinds. com was giving a 4 hour window to arrive for a measurement. They said they would give 45 minutes notice before the in guy showed up. No call. They gave me 8am-12am which means they would have had to call by 11:15 in order to make it by 12. That didn't happen. I called at 11:30 and after a 10 minute they said he would call. At 11:40 he called and said he was 10 minutes away. I told him I had to leave by 12:00, and he said there was traffic and couldn't guarantee it. So I called and canceled my order. If they can't get to a 4 hour window of opportunity, how good with they be with anything other service? "
