“Thank you so much for your feedback. We have reviewed your order and found that it was indeed shipped from our distribution center on 5/15/2024, via UPS Mail Innovations. These packages have been experiencing delays in scanning, which is out of Boats.net's control. Some of the packages are delivering without ever showing any movement on the tracking system. Our records indicate that a replacement order has been offered if you have not received the package by 5/23.”
