"I booked my trip thru bookit and it had to be cancelled due to the COVID pandemic Which is fine for except the money that was supposed to be refunded to me was not and instead I am met with a general notice to contact my bank to recover my funds for the trip and my flight wasn’t cancelled by them and I can’t even get in touch with someone from the airline. This whole procedure was poorly executed and left us consumer hanging in the balance "
"Absolutely horrible people who steal thousands of people's money!! DO NOT USE THIS SITE IF THEY COME BACK INTO BUSINESS!! We lost over $1500 and millions has been stolen from families at this point. Worst company in the world, do not do business with these people, it is family run, shady operation in PCB, Florida and are facing multiple lawsuits at this point."

"Bookit.com's online reservation system repeatedly said it COULD NOT COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION. Then it said the package was no longer available so we booked with someone else. Bookit.com then billed us $1300 anyway. We called the 800 number and they SAID THEY WOULD CANCEL the reservation that didn't go through, and sent an email which CONFIRMED THE CANCELLATION. They REFUSED TO REFUND any money and then LIED to the credit card company (Synchrony). They refused to put things in writing, the phone number is a boiler room in Panama City, Florida where they make up operator names (they admitted this on the phone) so that no one can be held accountable for the LIES they tell. They REFUSED TO TALK WITH US after a few phone calls. SYNCHRONY REFUSED TO REVERSE THE CHARGE because Bookit.com LIED."
"Cancelled our trip in March for Oct. No way to reach anyone for refund! We are now having to go through card company and I guess good thing we got travel insurance,( that is another expense) to get our refund. We will never use Bookit again!! "
"They have folded up shop due to COVID. They took my money, sent me an email confirming that I cancelled within the guidelines of a refund and then they folded up shop with COVID. Not answering the phone or emails since Mar 16 2020"

"It looks like they've taken everyone's money and ran. They've disconnected all of their phone numbers. They don't allow you to even access their webpage to even try to get help. Emailed us with a message that everything is canceled and refunded without penalty but they direct people to contact their banks to file a dispute. Shady shady shady."
"Horrible. Book It never paid our Resort fee in Mexico. We were there for 2 days having a good time. The 3rd day we came off the beach and were locked out of our room. Went down to the reception desk to inquire. We were handed a document from Book It stating they suspended all operations due to Corona event, work through the bank to get recompensated for the monies that were paid to Book It to pay the Resort?????
So basically, they took our money Feb 3 and never paid the Resort for our March 17-20 stay. Had to repay. Unacceptable man..

"Bookit.com has committed wire fraud. If you booked a vacation and made payments to bookit.com and were not redunded you should file a complaint either with the FBI or local law enforcement. Not only did they not forward funds to the resorts, they refunded payments to airlines to back to themselves and have not returned any of the funds to their clients. Everyone needs to report this fraud as soon as possible. "
