"I called in to rebook my DR trip, and spoke to 4 different people. Three of them I could not understand, and I don't think they could understand me as well. I gave them my phone number and the girl got it wrong three times. I was told that I would receive a call on the 5th of July and they called on the 4th of July. That was the only call I received. Although, they said they called and left a message. Well what do you think...the cell number they had was wrong. I finally spoke to Ro'Quan Carmouche who was very easy to understand and he took care of my rebooking. Because of him, I will use Bookit.com in the future."

"First off, I booked online only to get an error msg that read, there was an error in processing and my booking could not be located and gave a number to call. Called the number and held for 22 minutes to be disconnected when agent picked up. Called back, on hold 30 minutes this time and was told error msg means booking did not go through and I could re-book. When (I) asked how the agent would know this without checking my email, she agrees to check and finds that the booking DID in-fact go through and my CC was debited. After going through everything I booked, the airport transfers fees were not listed, and I was told to check back tomorrow to make sure they were not deleted for some reason. So I have to CALL BACK AGAIN!! Holy Smokes, I sure hope this isn’t a sign of what kind of trio it will be:("
