"They took out $35 extra because the payment was submitted under the wrong account # by bookit. My back confirmed. When calling them was put on hold > than 10 min and never returning to the call x3. My first and last time I will plan a trip with them. "

"Was disappointed. Have booked many trips with Bookit and was booking a trip for 2 girlfriends to travel with us to Cabo and booked trip that had a 24 hour flight back and didnt realize it. Called bookit immediately and explained, she was going to cancel so we could rebook with no problem but was charging cancelation fee for 50.00. Had told her I was a return customer but she blew me off and instead spoke to my girlfriend, she did credited her back the 50.00, after my girlfriend ask to speak with her manager and explained we just booked it 5 minutes earlier. Why it was so hard to get them to do this was beyond me. She could have just done that for me. I guess being a frequent customer with Bookit doesnt count for anything. Next trip I will probably be booking thru someone else. Bookit needs to realize their are plenty of other travel sites to book thru."

"I booked my trip online and pressed submit for some reason it stated my flight had to be verified. I called in and they stated me transaction wasn't completed and I had not been billed. The lady I spoke to was pleasant and although I needed to give her most of the information again my trip was completed. I realized after I got off the phone the discount I applied for online I didn't give it to the lady assisting me. I called right back and asked If I could add my discount of $75 off they stated I would have to cancel and rebook. Since my trip is no refundable I'm not able to do so. I find this ridiculous since it was there web site that didn't work properly. I'm hoping they're no future problems with my trip. Not a good start."
