"I had trouble with the plane tickets on the website so I called to speak to someone. I couldn’t understand him very well ask his accent was so thick. He looked for tickets for me with my requests and found something that work eventually however it took several tries bc the tickets would become unavailable as soon as he would select them...so frustrating!
Then when we were finalizing the details my credit card company texted me three transactions that looked “suspicious” to them. I asked him if these three transactions were from my booking (bc they looked like transactions from bookit) and he said he didn’t know. How did he not know?! So then I didn’t trust this whole process so I said to cancel the booking. I still have pending transactions on my credit card. Did I book a vacation or not?!"
