"Not only was I charged double, the boots I received are poorly made my husband wore them to dinner literally maybe 3 hours and he was sitting down most of that time. Factory defect. I guess what I will call the paint that's on the rubber is peeling off along with the rubber and like its cardboard underneath it. I have yet to receive a response from customer service and I cannot get through to an actual person through the phone line since I received the boots. I have called one of the stores and they assured me I could bring the boots in and exchange them. I am very disappointed with my online ordering experience and the product. I've received. I can understand a system mishap and the double charge but when I get a factory defect and extra money taken from me. Along with not being able to get customer service on the phone or through email..
I have a large mistrust with Boot Barn now. I would not recommend ordering online..

"I ordered two items and they both were too big so I returned them the same day, went through their return process, it printed a return label, was dropped off at the postal service, took "their" company 4 days to pick up the package and it's now 19 days later and they say they still do not have the package?? You cannot tell me it takes that long to receive an item back AND they give a bogus tracking number that cannot be tracked? ALL their reviews that they show are just the positive ones and why can't you leave a GOOGLE review?? "The company i work for gave me gave me about $750 in vouchers for sprecific work apparel for Boot Barn. Problem is.... Unless there is an item in store that you wish to buy, your out of luck! Jeans not in your size? Come back and check later. Style of jeans not in store? Sorry! Dont have your size boots in stock? **** to be you! They absolutely refused to entertain the idea of shipping the desired merchandise to store from thier warehouse without the item being paid for in advance with a form OTHER then the voucher. We as a comoany are looking at other options to take care of our employees. The program is not user friendly. "

"I ordered a pair of boots 10 days ago. They were supposed to be here yesterday and no boots. I emailed customer service twice and got no response either time. Each time I went to UPS to track the package it showed "label created" but no movement of the package. I called and spoke to customer service who put me on hold so they could call the warehouse and find out what was going on. When the lady came back on the line, I was told that there was a problem (duh) and for reasons still unexplained, the package was still sitting on the floor in the warehouse. I haven't even received the boots yet and will not until next week now. She then offered to give a 15% discount on my next order, which I declined because I will never shop here again. NEWSFLASH...your customers are your most valuable asset..from the looks of the reviews on this page, you really need to start recognizing that fact. "

I ordered boots from your company and after I filled all the details and paid I started to talk with your costumer service on Facebook. They told me i have a problem with my bill and that the order was cancelled!!! Then I tried to pay again and I saw that the item is not on stuck anymore, and that it will take 3 days just to ship them. I spoke again with your Facebook costumer service and ask them if they can send me the boots faster and they told me no. So I bought the boots in a different place! But its not over just yet!
I was nagging costumer service to send me the cancellation details, and they keep telling me that it take time and that they will send it as soon as possible when I saw they are not sending it. now I got a message saying they shipped the boots!!!!!!! really?!?!

"I earned enough points for $15 off my next purchase so I went to use it and I was told it was not in the system yet. It gets updated every Wednesday I earned the points on a Monday so it should have been in the system when I went in on Saturday. The customer service is horrible they did not want to figure it out at all at the local store. I called corporate and got the run around about the points they said I had them but will have to wait till next Wednesday before I can use them some sort of error. They have good selection on boots and hats but not worth the experience of trying to get your points redeemed!"
"Review *** My husband bought me a new pair of boots for my birthday. They were also to wear at the Garth Brooks concert at Notre Dame stadium. When I received the boots they were to small. With the concert coming up very soon I have to order a different size before the smaller size was returned.
After getting a label emailed to me by BootBarn I re-packaged the too small boots, put the label (again) emailed to me by Boot Barn. I arranged to have to package picked up by the post office. They were to pick it up on my porch.
On Oct 4th our security footage shows the post office carrier scanning & picking up the package. That’s where we lose it. Boot Barn swears “their” label, again, emailed to me by them, was never scanned. After 6-7 calls to Boot Barn and talking not only the the Post Office carriers supervisor but the Post Master as well, no one seems to know where the package is or went. Now the latest call to Boot Barn tells us without the package there will be NO refund. Wtf? I used “their” label! How could they not keep track of it. Again I have on video it WAS scanned. But I guess none of this matters and my husband is now out of $160. I will NEVER not only purchase from Boot Barn again I will let everyone I know about this experience in hopes they will not either. "

"Judging by the low reviews, I guess I got lucky. The boots that I purchased were the right size, model and were in mint condition. I was originally informed that my order would be late to ship (understandably just prior to Christmas) but received notification a few days later that my order had shipped. I received my package a couple of days earlier than expected. No complaints from me... "
