"Spent days with issues trying to make an online purchase. I had to keep calling customer service and ended up placing the order with them. The customer service people are so rude and unhelpful. It doesn’t matter how nice you are to them they are just a bunch of grumpy a**holes I put up with it just to put my order through. I ended up getting an email stating that my order was canceled with no explanation. The charge was Processed on my card just fine.Here are a few of my suggestions from other order fails too. Buyer beware gift card cannot be used online. They will not honor their $20 discount off work boots for wemons work boots. Only mens* and if you have “online issues” while checking out and try to re-enter your card information be prepared to get charged 3 times. Their sh*t customer service is the last straw for me I will take my business to sabas. "

"FYI: For anyone who orders through Boot Barn. I got royally **** by them.
Last year around fall I bought a pair of twisted X mocs. When i got them they had a few minor defects but I didn't complain. A week after they arrived I was charged again for them. I emailed the company explaining what had happened and they basically called me a liar and said they refunfed then charged me for whatever reason. Well I had bank statements proving that never happened, they still called me a liar and didn't refund me.
So me being stupid.... I couldn't remember what company I had trouble with last year and re ordered another pair as a Christmas gift. Well on the 24th Boot Barn sent out an email saying all orders were delayed due to Christmas orders and what not so ok cool I can wait... it's now the 30th and I email asking when they arw expected to be delivered, I get and email back stating my concern has been reviewed and I will be hearing from them. Guess what nothing... there phones are busy . So after multiple times calling and asking for a call back and sending emails I get an email today the 17th of January stating my order was canceled. Guess who didn't get refunded again... yep me.
So if you shop Boot Barn just remember my rant!"
"I ordered four items with a gift card. I got three if the four items. There was no information on why the fourth was missing. I only got an email about the item being backordered after I asked about three times.
I got a wrong necklace, not the one I ordered, but another one. I kept it because it would have been too much effort and costs to return it.
When I opened that package it STANK!! It smelled like the items were kept in stock in wet cardboard boxes for three years!
Finally I was informed the missing item was backordered. A couple days later I 2as informed boot barn tried to charge my credit card... if course it was declined since they tried to charge me the backordered item and another shipping costs even though they promised they wouldn't charge me shipping for backorders.
A day later they cancelled the item telling me the company they order it from doesn't produce it anymore.
What??
I think they lied! Why would they try to charge me for something they can't deliver??
I tried to pick something else, but they told me I had to order it by phone for tgem not to charge me for shipping costs because they don't have my credit card information anymore.
They could try to charge it only a day before and cancelled an item and then they don't have it anymore?
Sorry, but this is beyond everything acceptable!!

"I ordered a pair of winter boots from Boot Barn. I never heard of them before but the price was the best that I found online. After I ordered the boots I decided to look for any reviews about the store because , like I said , I've never heard of this place. I was shocked and disappointed after reading all the negative reviews. I called Boot Barn to cancel the order...I got through right away and talked to the girl who assured me the boots were being shipped and will be delivered in a few days. I went against my better judgement and didn't cancel the order.I recieved an e-mail shortly after stating the order #, the item # and a tracking #. I checked the tracking # and the Boots were in route. I recieved the boots today !! The customer service was great , the price was great and my order was tracked and delivered right on time . I feel sorry for all who had a bad experience with Boot Barn but I would definitely order from them again . "

Without going into a long story of the month long weekly calls to customer service and still no product or when it might even be expected to be delivered ... moral of the story is do NOT in any way shape or form order from boot barn!! "Horrible.....no problem buying the work boots, try returning or exchanging. Its almost like someone is punking you. It is that obsurd. Phone # is just an advertising loop that keeps sending you to the next stupid offer. The other # is a partnership with a text messaging company. They were no help and just put me hold until I hung up. Had to call my credit card company and now the purchase is being disputed. Oh ya, tried returning with their no hassle online return and it would not accept their own order #. Wish I could get the owners alone so I could insert my boot in their barn!!!!"

"I ordered my daughter some booth for Christmas on December 10th, thinking that would be PLENTY of time to get here. NOPE!!! It’s now December 24th, and they are not here. Called my local store for help a few days ago and they were extremely rude telling me they couldn’t help me and to call customer service and then proceeded to keep me on hold for 10 minutes while they had to run up front to get me the number. I hung up and found it myself. And waited on hold with customer service for 40 minutes before finally getting through only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do to help me!! Like what the actual f***!!! It’s your job to help customers, maybe they should use a different shipping company because when I attempted to call them as well it said the wait was so long to get on a list to be called back in the order I called and NEVER got a call back from them!! I WILL never spend my hard earned money at any boot barn again. They are the worst!"
"I ordered some boots on December 18th and today is December 22nd and my order is still in "being processed". I've called numerous times to the 24/7 customer service line and was on hold for over an hour each time and no one answered and then another day it asked if I would like a call back and I did that. The next day they called me back but when I was transferred by the automated voice it went straight to a busy signal...they fricken hung up on me!! I called the local store and they said they have no control of the main office for online orders out of California. So here I am with no gift for someone and Christmas is approaching fast. I am so **** over the whole situation."

"I ordered boots for my son for Christmas on the 14th of December. I received a confirmation and the amount boots were authorized to my debit card. I never received a confirmation for shipping. Six days after the order I made numerous attempts to call the company and sent several emails with no reply. The phone just went to a busy signal. I don't know about customer service inside the physical stores but, customer service online is not only poor, it's non-existent. I strongly encourage anyone thinking about purchasing from bootbarn.com to think twice! Very poor service! "
