"Horrible.....no problem buying the work boots, try returning or exchanging. Its almost like someone is punking you. It is that obsurd. Phone # is just an advertising loop that keeps sending you to the next stupid offer. The other # is a partnership with a text messaging company. They were no help and just put me hold until I hung up. Had to call my credit card company and now the purchase is being disputed. Oh ya, tried returning with their no hassle online return and it would not accept their own order #. Wish I could get the owners alone so I could insert my boot in their barn!!!!"

"I ordered my daughter some booth for Christmas on December 10th, thinking that would be PLENTY of time to get here. NOPE!!! It’s now December 24th, and they are not here. Called my local store for help a few days ago and they were extremely rude telling me they couldn’t help me and to call customer service and then proceeded to keep me on hold for 10 minutes while they had to run up front to get me the number. I hung up and found it myself. And waited on hold with customer service for 40 minutes before finally getting through only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do to help me!! Like what the actual f***!!! It’s your job to help customers, maybe they should use a different shipping company because when I attempted to call them as well it said the wait was so long to get on a list to be called back in the order I called and NEVER got a call back from them!! I WILL never spend my hard earned money at any boot barn again. They are the worst!"
"I ordered some boots on December 18th and today is December 22nd and my order is still in "being processed". I've called numerous times to the 24/7 customer service line and was on hold for over an hour each time and no one answered and then another day it asked if I would like a call back and I did that. The next day they called me back but when I was transferred by the automated voice it went straight to a busy signal...they fricken hung up on me!! I called the local store and they said they have no control of the main office for online orders out of California. So here I am with no gift for someone and Christmas is approaching fast. I am so **** over the whole situation."

"I ordered boots for my son for Christmas on the 14th of December. I received a confirmation and the amount boots were authorized to my debit card. I never received a confirmation for shipping. Six days after the order I made numerous attempts to call the company and sent several emails with no reply. The phone just went to a busy signal. I don't know about customer service inside the physical stores but, customer service online is not only poor, it's non-existent. I strongly encourage anyone thinking about purchasing from bootbarn.com to think twice! Very poor service! "
"I went to the store on Monday 12/18 looking for a specific size in an Ariat jacket. I asked the girl at the front desk if she could help me order online. I was never given the option to pay extra for faster delivery. The next day I called the customer service 24/7 number. Was on hold forever then given an option to receive a call back. I was called back promptly. I asked the customer service representative if I could get a faster delivery since I was not asked at the store. The representative said he would do his best. I told him I could hold he said no because he needed to make a call to try and make it happen. I called the 24/7 number again last night and was promtied to leave a number and name for a call back. Today is now Wednesday I am in hold again and have been on hold for 30 minutes. Boot Barn has the WORSE 24/7 customer service help I have ever seen. It's unbelievable. I got an email last night for 2 day delivery for Boot Barn and yet no one can call me or answer..... This is so unexceptable but you want the consumer to shop at your establishment. Hire more help to help your customers. "

She basically told me she didn’t care about the problem. 2 weeks after my order I received an email stating one of the items was out of stock. "Ordered items online never received a email after a week of processing of where my orders were. After several times calling the customer service number it said it wasn’t working, then finally got thru another time after waiting 45 min on hold. Then got a rude customer service representative that proceeded to hang up on me. Finally called back again after waiting 30min, got another representative advised I wanted to cancel my order because I was ordering from cavenders because they could guarantee me my order. Didn’t offer a apology or anything. My business and money and word of mouth will go to cavenders 100% from now on."
