Customer service 24/7

"I went to the store on Monday 12/18 looking for a specific size in an Ariat jacket. I asked the girl at the front desk if she could help me order online. I was never given the option to pay extra for faster delivery. The next day I called the customer service 24/7 number. Was on hold forever then given an option to receive a call back. I was called back promptly. I asked the customer service representative if I could get a faster delivery since I was not asked at the store. The representative said he would do his best. I told him I could hold he said no because he needed to make a call to try and make it happen. I called the 24/7 number again last night and was promtied to leave a number and name for a call back. Today is now Wednesday I am in hold again and have been on hold for 30 minutes. Boot Barn has the WORSE 24/7 customer service help I have ever seen. It's unbelievable. I got an email last night for 2 day delivery for Boot Barn and yet no one can call me or answer..... This is so unexceptable but you want the consumer to shop at your establishment. Hire more help to help your customers. "

"When I received my order the box was torn and mangled and I emailed boot barn to tell them and have yet to get a response. You’d think they’d care how their produced was being cared for during shipping. "

Horrible customer service.

"Long story short. Never have I dealt with a company that has such disrespect to its customers. I’m sure I woke up an agent when I called. She basically told me she didn’t care about the problem. 2 weeks after my order I received an email stating one of the items was out of stock. Now 7 days before Christmas another email saying the second idea won’t be shipping until January. Never again will I deal with them and I will shout it to the rooftops how bad they are. "

Wish I could give ZERO stars.

"I purchased a pair of jeans for my daughter November 28th and still have not received them after nearly 3 weeks. When I ordered them, it said they'd ship the NEXT business day. I have called multiple times to check the status of my order but after waiting more than 45 minutes each time I call, I hang up frustrated with the lack of customer service this company shows to their customers. I'm waiting for a reply to an email I sent the company. "

Poorest Service ever

"I ordered Boots for my two Girls on November 24th
got an Email Right away saying : we are processing your order
I send an e- mail on
Dec. 12th asking if there intention was to rune Christmas for my two special Girls
Today is Dec 16th and I have not heard a word
I guess no Boots for Christmas
What a shame
I will for sure never do business with a company like that ever again

Horrible customer service

"Ordered items online never received a email after a week of processing of where my orders were. After several times calling the customer service number it said it wasn’t working, then finally got thru another time after waiting 45 min on hold. Then got a rude customer service representative that proceeded to hang up on me. Finally called back again after waiting 30min, got another representative advised I wanted to cancel my order because I was ordering from cavenders because they could guarantee me my order. Didn’t offer a apology or anything. My business and money and word of mouth will go to cavenders 100% from now on."

Slowest shipping I have ever experienced!

"Bought over 200.00 online, paid extra for 3 - 5 shipping days and after a week and waiting an hour on speaker phone I was told that it still hadnt shipped. I was told that it was ready to ship but the phone help couldnt give me any information on when it would be shipped, I told her I would like to cancel my order then and she said it was prepared for shipment so I couldnt! I said can I upgrade my shipping to get it here faster?...she said she couldnt do that because it was already prepared, I asked if she could tell me what day it would be shipped?...she said she didnt know! So after waiting an hour on the phone she told me nothing of value. Such a disappointing company and horrible experience!"

"I was told on the phone that I could exchange my shirt (size large to medium) even though they didn't have it in the store. I was told they would get it shipped from a nearby store. When I brought it in the next day, they said they couldn't do it. I got a refund and was gonna order it online. It cost $11.00 to ship a Fricken t-shirt! Thats 50% of what the shirt cost! And now I've read a ton of horrible reviews about their online/customer service which brought my 3.5 star down to a zero.

5 weeks

"My order was placed on 10-13-17 and I still have not received any of the 6 items I purchased. I have called 5 times trying to figure out what is going on, but they keep making the "it's the holidays" when I ordered it in the beginning of October with all the items saying will ship in three days. If you're expecting to get your presents by Christmas you probably won't. "

Worst Experience Ever!!

"If I could give this store no stars, I would. Customer service is the worst I have ever had! Never received a receipt for my order. Could hardly understand the woman I was trying to place the order with. Called back 4 times to request a receipt for my records, NEVER received one.. As if there could be more, several days after I place this order, received a "Fraud Alert" from my bank!! Someone had used my credit card info to try & purchase $1495.00 of product from a company I had never heard of! Understand, Boot barn is the only time I have this credit card for over 6 months!! Stay away from these losers!! Stolen credit card information is worse than bad service, the combination of the two is inexcusable!!"

"I ordered a belt buckle & belt on October 9th. The website said in stock and will ship in 3 days. It has been over 10 days and the order is still processing. Every time I call customer service, I get a different excuse. Horrible customer service."

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Complete lack of customer service when you order online!

"Placed an order for a pair of boots for my 9 year olds first National Horse Show. After almost a week not hearing anything confirming shipment I called to check on the order. I was told they were contacting the manufacturer and would get back to me. Waited another week not hearing anything and called again to check. Was told they would ship the next day and put on 2 day air to make sure I get it. Well, no go. Next day I get an email saying they were on backorder and I wouldn't get them for another 2-3 weeks!! UMMMMM... why didn't you say that when I first called?????? FYI- They are a sister company to SHEPPLERS that did the EXACT SAME THING! I thought I was smart and covering for if something didn't make it in time for the show. Nope! STAY AWAY FROM BOTH BOOTBARN & SHEPPLERS!!"

I'd give 0 if I could

"Such poor customer service I took my daughter in to buy boots for her birthday on her birthday. I told the worker this so he knew it
First of all there were no boots in women's that for her so we looked in the men's section and found 1 pair that for her in a 8.5 w. But they were 250 so he suggested we do the text to discount to save 15 percent. So I did but he said I had to wait a week or so to get the discount. After he knew it was her birthday. So after I said can't you give the discount now he said no

So we left. I callled the corporate office and they said they would give us the price so I have them the exact boot and they said oh we can't sell that over the phone but I will see if upper management wants to call me to help resolve. See if they want to???

Then she said I promise someone will call you today. I laughed knowing I would t get a call and sure enough no call.

This place is a joke. They lost business not just one sale. But any future western wear my daughter decides to buy she will certainly not go to boot barn!!!
