"It was easy to reserve the lens we rented, and they were in good shape. I would strongly suggest you take a detailed picture of everything you are renting as proof of what you are receiving, and then again take another picture of the equipment when you return it. This way you don't get into a dispute about some part is damaged or missing and you can't prove it one way or the other, which happened to us. We never used the lens, It stayed in it's pouch, and supposedly the hood is now missing. "
